In this role, you will lead functional workstreams across complex Workday implementations, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and mentor and manage a team of functional consultants. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday functional delivery across at least three modules, including HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance.

• Demonstrated experience managing functional teams of 8+ consultants in a delivery or implementation setting.
• Proven track record of direct client engagement — including requirement gathering, solutioning, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Strong command of Workday Business Process Framework, reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration.
