Key Responsibilities:
Customization and Automation
- Understand MyOperator’s business requirements and customize Zoho tools like CRM, Recruit, and People to streamline processes.
- Develop custom functions, workflows, and blueprints using Deluge scripting for dynamic functionality.
- Automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency across Zoho tools.
Integration and Collaboration
- Configure integrations between Zoho tools (e.g., CRM, Creator, People) and third-party systems like telephony, WhatsApp, SMS, and email platforms.
- Ensure seamless interconnectivity of Zoho applications using Zoho Flow and advanced scripting.
Application Development
- Design and implement mobile and desktop apps using Zoho Creator with dynamic functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
- Define and conduct system testing to ensure high-quality implementations.
Data and Reporting
- Build and maintain custom modules, dashboards, and analytics reports in Zoho Analytics.
- Perform data migrations, ensuring accuracy and reliability across systems.
Support and Training
- Provide training and support to MyOperator teams to maximize Zoho’s potential.
- Document processes and stay updated on Zoho’s latest features and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Flow, People, Analytics, and Recruit).
- Expertise in Deluge scripting for creating workflows and automations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software workflows to meet the client's specific needs. The Workflow Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and ensure that the workflows are set up correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the workflows to meet the client's specific needs and translate them onto the product.
- Work in collaboration with project managers, perform configuration activities for successful delivery of the project and handover to account management.
- Provide training to the client's users and ensure that they are comfortable using the software.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the workflows.
- Create and maintain workflow documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and sign-off by clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
