About the Role / Team

We are building a next-generation AI-first R&D organization in Bengaluru, focused on solving complex problems across LLMs, Agentic AI systems, distributed computing, and enterprise-scale architectures.

This initiative is part of a publicly listed global company investing heavily in AI-driven transformation, re-architecting its platforms into intelligent, autonomous systems powered by large language models, workflows, and decision engines.

You will be working on:

Lead execution of mission-critical systems while staying hands-on — bridging architecture and delivery.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex engineering initiatives (0→1, 1→N)
• Design systems across backend + frontend (if fullstack)
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured technical solutions
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and velocity
• Mentor engineers and elevate team performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap and execution strategy

Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our systems. You will work in a collaborative environment and have the opportunity to contribute to both backend and frontend development, driving features from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
• Focus on backend development while also contributing to web or mobile frontend projects as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with a small team, working closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Take ownership of major features or releases, working with the team to ensure successful delivery and launch.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate on features and releases, driving continuous improvement of our services.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable distributed systems.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, including deployment and monitoring.
• Utilize AWS services to build and manage cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Go or related systems languages.
• Proven experience with distributed systems and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
• Experience taking ownership of major features or releases and driving them to completion.
• Passion for iterating on features and releases based on user feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to transition from whiteboard ideas to prototypes, internal usage, and customer beta quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, mobile frameworks).
• Knowledge of database systems and data modeling.

• Track record of delivering various features in large-scale applications or core systems with at least 5 years of experience. If you've written code in big data applications handling multitudes of data or real-time events, you're in.
• Experience writing multi-component systems or micro-services, with architectures requiring efficient inter-application communication. If you know what Kafka is, and think it's the bee's knees, we will think the same of you.
• Experience writing in a high-level language such as Go, C, Rust, Python, Ruby, etc.. If you're already writing Go, or spent a weekend debugging the worse memory leak ever, that's a big plus.
• Experience writing APIs (either RESTful or not) and RPCs. If you've broken backwards compatibility for your customers once, and dealt with the fallout, we want you (to deal with the fallout again).

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in Core Java 8 and above, Collections and Data structures.
• Develop solutions using core java, Spring / Spring Boot, JSON, Rest API, and other web technologies.
• Hands-on with UI development with strong experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Responsive UI. An added advantage for exposure to Angular. Knowledge of Liferay will be added advantage. Ability to design and develop UIs and end-to-end integration.
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Enforcing and Writing code following good standards (well documented with good code coverage and properly tested code).
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (Hibernate and Mybatis). Ability to model & design databases for high availability and high volume.
• Ability to design and build a scalable platform with APIs.
• Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Strong knowledge of test-driven development and continuous integration
• Exposure to security, application clustering, and load balancing techniques.
• Passion for collaboration and working on agile teams. Prior experience with working on fast-paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies.
