Role Description

Eligibility:

1. An ex-serviceman preferably with civil work experience in security/training.

2. Age- preferably

3. Preferably from Infantry.

4. If civilian – min 05 years work experience as training manager in the field of security.

Your responsibilities could include:

• Managing your area of responsibility, including providing support, absence management, discipline and grievance, and recruitment activities
• Effectively setting out goals and objectives for your team, including those for supervisory roles that may fall under your reporting line and structure
• Acting as a role model and always behaving in line with our company values
• Driving employee engagement by personal interaction and engagement with your team in order to develop and coach them in their duties and responsibilities
• Managing contractual budgets in line with financial targets
• Ensuring all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers’ satisfaction and in accordance with the contract
• Ensuring there are sufficient trained, licenced and vetted staff working at all times to meet customer and contract requirements
• Ensuring contract required training and screening / vetting has been completed for all security staff
• Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns
• Completing effective health & safety assessments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any incidents, involvement in subsequent investigations and providing input into health & safety committees or forums.
• Completing risk assessments and site evaluations as well as completing monthly performance reports and billing schedules

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack and serverless technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases. You will lead a team in designing and developing scalable, high-quality solutions while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
• Architect and implement front-end solutions using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Design, implement, and optimise both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Translate business requirements into robust, efficient technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the MERN stack, serverless architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 6 years specifically in the MERN stack.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures, including AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration

Additional Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Shopify, Magento.
• Good knowledge of any PHP framework ( CodeIgniter and CakePHP )
• Hands-on experience one PHP framework
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
• Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team
• Must have dedication and commitment towards work.
