Must Have Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills. And you enjoy collaborating with others
- 1+ year of experience with Ruby on Rails or other Ruby frameworks
- Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

Role Overview
As a Software Craftsperson I, you will have 2+ years or experience and will work on well-defined tasks as part of a team, building strong software engineering fundamentals and gradually increasing your independence.
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, ask questions, seek feedback, and learn the team’s ways of working. You’ll contribute to building reliable, maintainable software while developing your skills in coding, testing, debugging, tooling, and documentation.

Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development, React, React.js or JavaScript, and TypeScript
