Job Description:

MySQL - DBA L3 Support

• 7 -10  years of experience in MySQL, handled multiple versions & flavors of MySQL servers both for standalone & enterprise version, Data center and VM/Cloud setup.
• Strong database Configuration and troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery concepts and practices.
• Enabling disabling scheduled Jobs on MySQL Server
• Work with Dev and DevOps engineers to ensure that all needed data is gathered and provided to them for any performance issues
• Experience in managing both on-prem DB as well as VM / cloud based DBs
• Maintenance of backups (perform backups, monitor backup, report obsolete backups)
• Maintenance of user access (creating user accounts, dropping user accounts, granting privileges)
• Maintenance of log and trace files (remove, initialize, archive them)
• Knowledge on SQL scripts
• Managing Database administration includes Daily health checks, Database tuning, Query optimization & Backup & Replication
• Experience in alert configurations using existing alerting tools or scripts

Responsibilities:

• Work with Database Architect to understand the design considerations for the BI Next Gen Data Warehouse.
• Take accountability of the development / update of the DW Database Objects and Code as per the requirement.
• Take accountability of the development / update of the PowerBI and SSRS Reports.
• Take accountability of Unit Testing the developed solution.
• Be available for weekend job monitoring and troubleshooting, as necessary.
• Ensure that all delivery timelines are adhered to.
• Work with QA (Testing) team to test the DW / Report Solution and fix as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in SQL Server database development.
• Excellent understanding of SQL Server 2016 and above.
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL. Must have the ability to analyze, debug and write complex T-SQL code.
• Very good hand-on knowledge on query tuning and performance optimization.
• Excellent understanding of SQL Server Integration Services and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Excellent understanding of PowerBI.
• Should be completely aware of coding standards and should be able to develop high performance & scalable database applications.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT's and work in partnership with the test and business consultants.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Ability to gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform complex data migrations requiring transformation using a database, and potentially containing very large data sets.

Salesforce Developer Requirements:

• Min 2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com.
• Expertise in using REST API's, SOAP Web services, Bulk API and Streaming APIs.
• Experience with Apex Triggers, Apex Class, LWC, Javascript, HTML, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Process Builder,flow,Lightning and Service Cloud.
• Experience in SFDX, VS Studio and ANT Deployment tool.
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Knowledge of LWC/Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added plus
• Certification on PD2 is a bonus.

The Role 

The Document Management system developer  will take responsibility for all aspects of the design, document migration, solution development, deployment and support of key document management system infrastructure and business solutions.

Over 200 TB of content or documents will be migrated from data center based document management system cloud based document management system.

Technology solution should robust to support multiple different system content migration to Client System.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Client solutions to meet identified requirements, engaging with business users as required.
• Support Specialist o Provide expert user support and guidance, as required.
• Deliver user training and documentation, as required.
• Drive best practice usage and compliance with policy and audit requirements.
• Contribute to improving consistency and effectiveness of information and document governance within the Institute.
• Drive consistency in Clients deployment and usage, including taxonomies, templates, master pages and security management.
• Create Templates, access management, security setup and metadata management to automate folder creation
• External user collaboration using optimal security policy and access management
• Integration with third party systems like Docusign and Viva Vaults

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 4 year undergrad Degree qualification is required
• Must have a knowledge about CFR Part 11 compliance
• Must have knowledge about GxP best documentation practices
