Job Summary:

The ATS Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by the company to source, screen, and hire candidates. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Delivery Heads and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is optimized to meet the company's hiring needs, and that all users of the system are trained on its features and functionality. ·       Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
