
Sr. Executive HR Application Tracking System
Job Summary:
The ATS Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by the company to source, screen, and hire candidates. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Delivery Heads and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is optimized to meet the company's hiring needs, and that all users of the system are trained on its features and functionality. The ATS Senior Executive will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- JobDiva and Labor Edge to ensure they are optimized for recruitment needs.
· Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is meeting their needs and providing the necessary support.
· Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
· Train recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on the use of the ATS, ensuring they understand its features and functionality.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS, ensuring it is properly organized and easily accessible.
· Develop and implement recruitment metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
· Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers in the use of the ATS, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
· Participate in the evaluation and selection of new ATS software, as necessary.
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and the use of the ATS.
Essential Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations and Human Resources, Statistics or a related field.
· 1+ years of experience in managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- specifically JobDiva including Coddlers, VMS & MSPs Sync, and other peripherals integration in the corporate environment.
· Working knowledge of ATS- Labor Edge will be an advantage.
· Experience working in recruitment operations.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop its BI reports.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite.
· Knowledge of recruitment-related laws and regulations.
The ATS Senior Executive is a critical role within the recruitment process and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the ATS is operating effectively and efficiently.
