Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, or similar role in the logistics industry, preferably in B2B service selling.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management is a plus.
