Strong D2C Retention Marketing / CRM Marketing Profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in D2C Retention Marketing, managing customer engagement and repeat purchase strategies for D2C or E-commerce brands

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle journeys across channels like WhatsApp, Email, and SMS, including flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong hands-on expertise in WhatsApp Marketing & Automation (core focus), including building chatbot flows, broadcast campaigns, segmentation strategies, and optimizing messaging for higher conversion rates

Mandatory (Experience 4): Deep understanding of key retention metrics such as Repeat Purchase Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention revenue, and engagement metrics, with the ability to improve these through structured lifecycle programs

Mandatory (Experience 5): Strong experience in CRM data handling, including user segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stages, and purchase patterns, along with cohort analysis to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities

Manage and advise HNI/Affluent clients on investment opportunities.

Drive AUM growth and achieve acquisition targets.

Recommend investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Direct Equity, Structured Products, and Unlisted Shares.

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide customized wealth solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with branch teams to drive business growth.

Eligibility:

Post-graduate preferred.

2+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, or HNI Relationship Management.

Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Equity Markets, and Wealth Products.

Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills.

Sr IT Administrator

Experience - 4 - 5 yrs

Location- Hyderabad - Hybrid

Mandatory skills : AWS , VMware,trouble shooting, SQL , Problem solving

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues - Windows 

Upgrade the network infrastructure - Windows

Install servers (VMWare and Dell Servers),devices and firewalls(Sonicwall)

Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware

Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications and SQL DB changes(Manual,Script and CICD) on Windows Environment

Update technical documentation.

Requirements and skills:
