Responsibilities:

The Senior Information Security Engineer is responsible for the implementation, execution and maintenance of technology solutions to mitigate risk, to protect the IT and Engineering environments by reducing the probability of, and to minimize the effects of, damage caused by malware, malicious activities and security events.

The individual will help protect the company by deploying, tuning, and managing security tools across the computing environment, as well as provide security incident response cycle support. They should have a passion and skills for identifying the latest cyber threats. The individual will:

Basic Qualifications

• Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines tools (i.e. Jenkins, Teamcity, CircleCI etc..)
• Lead and participate in major day-to-day operational aspects of the security engineering team including improvement of current security controls while constantly identifying areas of needed improvement
• Deep hands-on security experience with cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• Understanding of automated security testing approaches and tools
• Experience with proactive integration of security into the development process
• Lead continuous improvement efforts of out security tools and systems (Concertation on SIEM, IDS, EDR Tools)
• Work with our customers (Security Operations, Incident Response, and Product teams) to incorporate high quality security alerting into their operational workflows
• Improve overall security practitioner efficiency through process automation
• Foster and promote collaboration among all members of the IT, Infrastructure, and Risk Management Departments.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Must have previous experience performing threat hunting and incident response duties using SIEM tools, cybersecurity management consoles, and ticketing systems
• Experience in deployment, development, and maintenance of SIEM
• Experience writing and using Ansible server administration scripts, and create simple Python, BASH, or Powershell scripts to automate cybersecurity functions
• Scripting experience to automate security operations, alerting, and compliance checks, CI/CD design, deployment, and management
• Experience with managing endpoint response and detection infrastructure and endpoints at the enterprise level, including performing upgrades to the back end application and deploying new agent versions to endpoints
• Understanding the investigative process and performing triage for cybersecurity incidents
• Experience maintaining industry leading security technologies or infrastructure systems in complex technical IT operations environment
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle competing demands while meeting deadlines
• Experience in authentication protocols and frameworks to include OAuth, and AWS IAM
• Proactive and motivated; team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and cross-functional knowledge across multiple IT operational and security disciplines
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to lead and inspire change

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Work on an intranet portal for excellent employee user experience and productivity using Java full stack tools (React/Angular + Java (Spring boot)
2. Support Web App built for employee IT Applications provisioning process.
3. Take static design components and develop solutions to elevate work into engaging digital experiences.
4. Collaborate with the team to build backend code and integrations as needed.
5. Develop user interfaces that are standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible, and performance-optimized.
6. Create and maintain a repository of common and reusable code.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for code.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or Angular with willingness to explore React)
2. 6+ years of experience in Java full stack web app development
3. Familiarity with developing custom components as well as using component libraries such as MUI/Bootstrap/Ant Design
4. Comfortable navigating inside a UNIX/Linux environment
5. Ability to write REST APIs and consume with AJAX calls
6. Experience with Java/ Core Java

Senior IT FInance Systems Analyst (Netsuite), India

Yext is seeking a talented Senior IT Finance Systems Analyst (Netsuite), in Hyderabad, India. 

Senior Business Systems Analysts at Yext have wide-ranging experience and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Individuals in this role will have strong technical skills and will be required to provide Application support for Netsuite(technical), Blackline, Kyriba, Coupa applications. We’re looking for a techno-functional Netsuite consultant who has exposure/ learn other applications and be able to effectively support the FInance systems portfolio.

JOB LOCATION: REMOTE OR HYDERABAD

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as NetsSuite technical  / functional subject matter expert: identify, document, troubleshoot, and resolve NetSuite system issues. 
• Responsible for building custom scripts, workflows, and integrations for the NetSuite system.
• Perform day-to-day administration of the NetSuite system, inclusive of basic maintenance, upgrades and enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and new feature deployments including  Roles and Permissions, Page layouts, Workflows, Approval processes and Password policies, custom reports and saved searches, install bundles and SuiteApps, CSV uploads.
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Monitor and support all integrations to and out of Netsuite. Build new integrations where necessary
• Manage sandbox environments and work with NetSuite support as needed.
• Provide application support for additional applications like Blackline, Kyriba (Treasury/Payments), Coupa (P2P)
• Handle support requests for new features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests across all supported platforms
• Support the Finance and Operations departments during the month-end close issues and process.
• Stay current on Product updates, new releases, related testing, SOX and IT Change Management processes for all applications supported
• Automate processes, eliminating redundancy, and improving efficiency within Yext’s processes without sacrificing end-user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years verifiable Netsuite experience with Netsuite Administrator certifications, and active participation in the NetSuite Community. 
• Experience in GL, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable modules of Netsuite required.
• Prior NetSuite Administration experience is a must.
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Fixed Assets , Accounts Payable, Consolidation, Intercompany processes.
• Strong Administration skills ( Netsuite): User management, application configuration, custom reports, saved searches and workflows to manage unique business process requirements.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite data model, entity and transaction objects, and application and platform capabilities.
• Ability to configure and set up new subsidiaries, accounts, locations etc
• Exposure to SOX and ITGC compliance
• Experience supporting   Coupa, Blackline, Kyriba is a great plus.
• Understands SDLC methodology - including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional requirements, process modeling, and re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale system implementations.

• Creating data flow diagrams, solution documentation
• Experience working in a support role utilizing Zendesk or other ticketing tools..
