About the role

Media Planning Executives are responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and dreaming up innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible. Armed with this critical analysis, media planning executives devise, propose, or recommend strategies for using certain media effectively to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

● Creation of tactical plan presentation and supporting media plan templates
● Creation of campaign analysis plan 
● Oversee the successful launch of campaigns 
● Maintain accuracy and timely updates of deliverable tracking documents for team
● Collate commentary on media performance and conduct first review on quality
● Adherence to team quality standard for reporting template and delivery
● Keep consistent track of campaign performance and target (monthly) across all channels, flagging needs for intervention
● Use understanding of campaign and marketplace to contribute ideas for campaign experiments and also prioritize experiments
● Manage accurate forecasts, media plans, and all key media planning documentation

A bit about yourself:

● At least 2-3 years of experience in Tradional media advertising
● Working knowledge and effective vocabulary across Offline & Online 
● Experience with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI)
● Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask.
● Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
● Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
● Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills

• Practical experience of continuous integration and deployment 
• Multiple concurrent feature branches and experience of merging them 
• Software architecture considerations (outside of simple request/response patterns)

• 2+ years of experience developing with modern PHP using Laravel or Symfony
• Strong Javascript framework experience on a production environment (React, Angular, Vue,)
• 2+ years experience with VueJS
• Experience building, maintaining, testing and documenting APIs to be used by other developers both internally and externally
• Experience with database management and optimization
• Experience with other data stores like Elastic Search, MongoDB or similar
• Experience with git and related tools
• University Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js (Express)
• React & React Native
• Mongoose & MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience with Ubuntu-based servers
• Hands on experience in deploying on Digital Ocean Droplets
• Hands on experience with google maps integration

Responsibilities:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in Python.
• Designing and implementing software features and capabilities.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing code.
• Collaborating with other developers, stakeholders, and users to define, design, and ship new features.
• Building and maintaining software documentation.
• Ensuring code is maintainable and maintain appropriate versioning practices.
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language and related frameworks (such as Django, Flask etc.)
• libraries is important.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems and experience with system administration.
• Database management and good understanding of software design principles is desired.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
