Primary Purpose:

Designing Digital Media Strategy that includes all Digital touch points (Bought, Owned and Earned). Framing media investment strategies for clients towards the accomplishment of their short term and long term goals.

Major Responsibilities:

● Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats and placements for the Client campaign within the client’s budget. Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Mobile, VOIP etc.

● Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.

● Monitor Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.

● Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records

● Regular / daily updates with the buyer regarding campaign performances

● Course correction to be made in case of things not going as per the media plan

● Highlighting concerns / issues to the media head to resolve things quicker

● Regular calls / meetings with clients to understand

● Have in-depth knowledge of the quality audience for all Clients

● Analyze the overall work and proficiency of the interns / junior media strategists

● Reference/ research - share more/new ideas and be up to date with the latest happenings and news in the industry

● Attend all team meetings and give feedback/suggestions for account performance.

Strong in Basic C++, STL, Linux

OOPs, Exception Handling

Design Pattern and Solid principles, concepts related to UML representation

•           Solution, design, and architecture concepts

•           Knowledge on Pointers and smart Pointers.

•           IO streams, Files and Streams and Lambda Expressions in C++ added advantage.

•           Features of C++17 and usage of STL in C++ is added advantage.

•           Templates in C++.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Participate in requirements gathering, identify and document user needs after extensive research through interviews and discussions with target users and stakeholders from the business. 
• Design effective new user experiences as well as improve existing ones. Validate the created User Experiences to meet envisaged goals and stipulated standards. All this should be done within agile sprints.
• You are expected to collaborate across the spectrum with product development and marketing teams to facilitate dissipation of the deeper context of the product being worked upon. 

Expected Expertise: 

• Preferably have a B.Des/DesDegree or equivalent degree with experience in Design industry with an amazing design portfolio. Have 0-3 years of experience in UX Research. 
• A user-centred approach to design with experience in conducting user research 
• Experience in employing any of the relevant research methods: unmoderated sessions, Tree sorts, surveys, A/B tests, ethnographic enquiries, UX heuristics and benchmarking, to name a few.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills that enable team-members to build robust products from the researched insights.
• Should be eager to see the bigger picture by connecting the dots of the product, users, stakeholders and context.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience in leading self-service offering to business users. Tableau experience in Architecture, Administration and development is must.

• Experience in supporting and administration of middleware software systems in an enterprise setting. Excellent troubleshooting skills in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hadoop / Big Data domain experience is required, as is exposure to ecosystem technologies such as Hive, Impala and Spark.
  Data Warehouse/ETL design and development methodologies knowledge and experience required
• Scripting experience in Linux shell scripting and Python.
• Good SQL skills.
• Integrate/roll-out/administer/sustain/upgradeour installations of vendor BI products on Linux.
• Ensure products are configured properly to meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements.
  Experience with developing frameworks and utility services including logging/monitoring
