Job description
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in C# and Selenium to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure product quality and enhance test automation coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for web applications
- Execute automated test cases and analyze test results
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and improve test processes
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs
- Contribute to test planning and documentation efforts
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C#

What are we looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Credit to lead our credit department and drive our lending strategies. As the Head of Credit, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit underwriting, risk management, credit policy, ensuring that our lending practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices while maximizing profitability. The borrowers are NBFIs / NBFCs / Fintech lenders / Debt Funds spread across emerging economies like SEA, LATAM, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Head the Risk Policy, Credit Underwriting and Collection functions of NBFC / NBFI / Fintech lender / Debt fund from SEA, LATAM, etc.
- Facilitate the development and constant update of risk policies and related frameworks.
- Proactive risk assessment of existing portfolio on regular basis identifying weak accounts.
- Constantly monitor and evaluate Early Warning Signals and deploy/ amend the limits structure for managing the risk concentration across a broad range of parameters.
- Evaluating creditworthiness and financial stability of global borrowers such as NBFC / NBFI / Fintech Lenders / Debt Funds.
- Assessing risks in lending and making informed decisions.

- Provide detailed monthly and weekly reporting for LPs, investors, and management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Banking/NBFC/Fintech space with at least 3-4 years of experience at management level.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- Experience in credit analysis or underwriting of NBFCs / Fintech lenders / FIs
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities especially to manage global (mostly SEA & LATAM) FIs (NBFC / NBFI / Fintech Lender / Debt Fund)
