The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior consultant to drive Sattva's digitisation initiatives. Our rapid growth in the last year has underscored the importance of technology-driven solutions to manage business processes at scale. To define and drive this vision, we are looking for an energetic individual with a passion to solve complex business problems using technology. This is a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation and shape the IT strategy of a rapidly growing organisation.

The role reports to the CTO, and involves interfacing with all Business Units and Horizontals within Sattva to manage the implementation and rollout of digital solutions for internal business processes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Business Units in Sattva to understand their digitisation needs
• Map identified needs to existing or new SaaS solutions
• Drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of solutions within the Business Units
• Engage with Business Units post-implementation and ensure successful adoption of deployed solution
• Collaborate with PMO and Finance for planning, budgeting and tracking of implementation/subscription costs
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define a digital transformation roadmap for internal business processes
• Evaluate new solutions and interface with SaaS vendors where needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of overall work experience, with 2+ years in managing SaaS solution implementation in a small/mid-size organisation (50 to 500 users)
• Conversant with best-of-breed SaaS solutions for the SME segment
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements to an integrated solution landscape
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• High degree of customer-focus
