We are looking for a senior consultant to drive Sattva's digitisation initiatives. Our rapid growth in the last year has underscored the importance of technology-driven solutions to manage business processes at scale. The role reports to the CTO, and involves interfacing with all Business Units and Horizontals within Sattva to manage the implementation and rollout of digital solutions for internal business processes.
Responsibilities
- Interface with Business Units in Sattva to understand their digitisation needs
- Map identified needs to existing or new SaaS solutions
- Drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of solutions within the Business Units
- Engage with Business Units post-implementation and ensure successful adoption of deployed solution
- Collaborate with PMO and Finance for planning, budgeting and tracking of implementation/subscription costs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define a digital transformation roadmap for internal business processes
- Evaluate new solutions and interface with SaaS vendors where needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of overall work experience, with 2+ years in managing SaaS solution implementation in a small/mid-size organisation (50 to 500 users)
