HR Manager

We are a Florida-based nonprofit organization seeking a dedicated full-time remote Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to support us in managing our social media accounts and assisting with various administrative and digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Respond to comments and messages professionally using our in-house systems.
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
• Assist with content creation (graphics, captions, hashtags)
• Support outreach and community engagement
• Perform general virtual assistant tasks as needed

Schedule:

• 42 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (overlaping with EST preferred)

Compensation:

Monthly start: $450 to $530. Two-year agreement: $16,230

1.Technical Sales Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients. Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions. 2. Customer Engagement Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Project Management Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met. Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization. 4. Market Analysis Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. 5. Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
