Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Strategy:

• Ownership of Social Media Accounts: Manage and take full ownership of all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Content Planning & Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar. Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging image and video content that aligns with our brand strategy.
• Community Engagement: Timely responses to all online inquiries and direct messages from customers on social media platforms. Monitor conversations, address customer questions, and coordinate with internal teams for sales inquiries and support issues.
• Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow our social media followers, increase engagement rates, and expand our brand's reach.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve results.

Video Content Production & Editing:

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit a wide range of video content specifically for social media. This includes short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content for platforms like YouTube and webinars.
• Full Production Cycle: Manage the entire video production process from idea generation and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Video Editing: Utilize professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to assemble raw footage, add motion graphics, special effects, music, and sound design to create high-quality, polished videos.
• Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of video assets, including raw footage, final edits, and project files.

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. Net Developer with 4-7 years of experience with experience with :

What The Role Is

We are looking for an GRC Operations Officer based in Chennai. This is a new role within the growing IT Compliance function, where you will be responsible for handling audits, implementation of information security policies etc,. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with the team on implementing frameworks and providing support for internal and external stakeholders.
