The Growth Associate - International Markets will serve as a strategic business leader working directly with the founder's office to drive accelerated growth across all business verticals. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Delivery functions to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning (30%)

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company vision
• Identify new market opportunities and business verticals for expansion
• Create and monitor KPIs for sales, marketing, and delivery performance
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with founders on long-term business planning and goal setting

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth (35%)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and Spring, with proven experience in building scalable microservices and backend systems. Java Springboot Developer

• Java Springboot - Support end-end management of the APIs over its entire lifecycle
• Work with various application teams to understand their business needs and requirements for the API implementation
