Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Driving Organization Culture:
● Play an active and supportive role in driving the vision for the company in coordination with the Copy and SM and communicating the same to the employees within the Team

2. Business Strategy, Direction & Positioning:
● Involvement in existing brand strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
- 4-10 years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
- Deep experience in Python with demonstrated ability to build modern products
