Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Handle password resets, account access, and user management (Active Directory)
• Install/configure laptops, desktops, printers, and software
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
• Log and track issues in ServiceNow/Jira and meet SLA timelines
• Escalate complex issues to L2 teams
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and system setup

Required Skills:

• Strong 2-3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Python Developer with a strong background in building scalable and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python frameworks, API integrations, and modern application architectures. Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development

• Architect and develop robust, high-performance applications using Django, Flask, and FastAPI.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus for monitoring and visualization.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
