We need Drupal Freelancer for maintaining our company website.

Initially there may be 50-100 Hours of work and after that per month some work

1000 - 1300 per hour

Responsibilities:

Frontend and Backend Development

Creating custom themes and modules

Troubleshooting Drupal website issues.

Experience

Strong understanding of Drupal

Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & MySQL

Knowledge of DXPR Builder

Lead a team of software developers to deliver customer requirements,

on time, within budget while ensuring high level of quality.

● Tracking a project against schedules and taking corrective actions on

slippage. Escalation to the next level in case of slippage / likely slippage

in time or quality parameters.

● Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

● Regular coordination with clients, internal resources and third

parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project

● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within

budget

● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all

relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

● Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

● Report and escalate to management as needed

● Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

• ● Prepare / review project documents such as FSD / FRD

Very strong core Java/Spring developer

• Decent experience in implementing observability (monitoring/alerts) for Java apps

• Working experience in using CI/CD pipelines.

• Capable of working with scripting languages.

• Knowledge of Tibco BW is optional and we can upskill him in case he has other desired skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for entire target-based Sales of Shinex Mosaics for your assigned region.

It will be a Back Office Sales Job. The person will have to call the Prospective Clients and finalize the order.

He/She will have to contact the Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors, and customers. To generate new leads while maintaining a relationship with existing clients. Will be responsible for the entire target-based sales for his assigned region. To provide complete information, guidance, and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

A person who is passionate and enthusiastic about field sales and preferably has work experience in companies related to Building material, Architect segment, Interior Products, has worked in Glass Mosaic Industry, Ceramic Tiles Industry, Sanitary ware Industry, Paint Industry, Furniture Industry, Modular Kitchen Industry, Flooring.

• Leading sales demonstrations, following up with the prospect throughout the cycle via multiple mediums including email & phone calls and bringing to closure
• Staying in touch with the prospect to understand their requirements and feedback, and acting accordingly
• Playing a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned
• Helping make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process
• Monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise
• Phone calling, both cold calls initially to follow-up calls where necessary (even though maximum communication will be written)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Prior experience of working in B2B Enterprise software sales is preferred
• Previous experience of dealing with enterprises or small businesses and not just selling to consumers
• Resourcefulness to come up with new ideas to re-engage dormant leads
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work until 3 am IST to support US time-zone
• Ability to make smart use of digital tools to organise data, manage CRM, automate parts of the task
• Eagerness to build a career in Sales/ Business Development

You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. • Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS, SASS/Bootstrap, OOP JavaScript, JQuery & AJAX are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in developing responsive web app, designing models (JSON) and (Server communication (REST APIs) are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in modern Frontend frameworks & libraries like Angular, Redux + React are preferred.
• Strong Knowledge in HTML templates and modern templating technologies are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in modern libraries like React is preferred.
• Knowledge of NodeJS, NPM packages is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of Gulp, Bower is a plus.
• Knowledge of ExpressJS is desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker is desirable.
