What you'll need for this role?

• ServiceNow Expertise: 4 - 6 years of experience of ServiceNow core applications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, BCP, Discovery & Event Management), including expertise in configuring workflows and flow designers, developing and analyzing reports, leveraging Performance Analytics for data-driven insights and experience building and working with Service Portals & Employee Center.
• Scripting & APIs (Not limited to): Proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting, including developing and maintaining business rules, script actions, script includes, and scripted REST endpoints.
