Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA (Quality Assurance) professional to join our team in Indore. As an Automation QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify areas for automation and implement efficient testing strategies.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.     Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools.

2.     Execute automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across different platforms and environments.

3.     Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop comprehensive test plans.

4.     Collaborate with developers to ensure that test cases are integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

5.     Analyze test results and report defects in a clear and concise manner, providing detailed information to facilitate debugging and resolution.

6.     Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide QA input and feedback.

7.     Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

8.     Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in automation testing, preferably in a software development environment.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.

We are hiring a Manual QA Tester for our travel Domain client to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile travel applications.

The role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless user experience.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in manual testing, strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, and good attention to detail.

Experience in testing booking/payment flows or travel domain applications will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of proven experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leading the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) across multiple projects, functional testing of web and backend systems, and hands-on experience with API automation. This role requires someone who can build robust test strategies, design automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete STLC (planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and closure) across concurrent projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and system integration testing, ensuring full coverage and efficient execution.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar, validating request/response structures, data integrity, performance, and security.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify gaps, track defects, and enhance test coverage.

• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.

• Execute performance, load, and stress testing to validate system scalability and reliability.

• Document detailed test plans, strategies, and reports, ensuring clear communication of testing progress and quality metrics.

• Continuously improve test automation frameworks, strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong experience managing and executing STLC in multi-project environments.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing (web, mobile, backend) and solid test case design skills.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent.
• Expertise in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on exposure.

Nice to Have:

This person MUST have: 

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent. 

- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud. 

- Manual testing experience and a desire to learn and work with the latest technologies. Web, Cloud and Mobile App testing. 

- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles; contribute to testability & quality of software. 

- Reports all defects accurately; facilitate problem tracking and successful resolution; assess and communicate various risks involved and provide necessary assistance to engineers and stakeholders. 

- Basic knowledge of automation know-how [ API automation, Python] - Test to fail mindset, Solid test strategy experience, well versed with QA processes. - Hands on experience on Performance test angle.

Timings:

- 40 hours a week (9 PM IST to 2 AM IST(10 hours in your suitable time) , Monday to Saturday).

We're looking for a QA Engineer to help with manual testing as well as introduce automation to our processes where possible. Candidates will need to be familiar with and able to write scripts, set up automation processes, and familiarise themselves with the products we build (web and mobile apps).

• The role will also require you to document test cases with an understanding of what the product does and how the end-user might approach it.
• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements of web and mobile applications.
• Document functional testing scenarios and cases, for manual testing of API functionality using Postman and manual testing of User Interface elements (web, mobile, and mobile web)
• Identify or create data for testing
• Execute test cases and record status
• Log defects identified and track them through retesting and closure
• Debug using ADB commands and tools like Charles Proxy to primarily identify the root cause of failures.

Skill:

• Good understanding of mobile and web applications functionality
• Good understanding of how APIs work functionally
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
