You’ll manage multi-channel ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email—optimizing for performance and ROI. This role requires strong command over marketing tools, excellent reporting skills, and hands-on experience managing large budgets in the B2B SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Manage a monthly marketing budget of ₹15 lakhs+ and ensure a high ROI through continuous testing and optimisation.
• Build and monitor full-funnel strategies—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel retargeting and nurturing.
• Drive engagement and conversions through WhatsApp campaigns, leveraging automation tools and segmentation.
• Use Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and Excel to track performance, analyze trends, and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
• Run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WhatsApp Campaigns, and email marketing.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API/automation tools for outreach and engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and advanced Excel reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of funnel metrics and marketing KPIs.

Job Description: Azure Integration Specialist (BizTalk to Azure Integration Services)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Specialist with 4+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, including hands-on expertise in Microsoft BizTalk Server and Azure Integration Services (AIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and migrating integration solutions from BizTalk Server to Azure-based integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.

* Participate in migration projects from Microsoft BizTalk Server to Azure Integration Services.

* Develop and support Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions, and Event Grid solutions.

* Analyze existing BizTalk applications, orchestrations, maps, pipelines, and adapters for migration and modernization.

* Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs and integrate with third-party applications.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather integration requirements.

* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production and non-production environments.

About the Role:

The Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts will be responsible for managing the

general ledger, conducting monthly audits, overseeing monthly accounting activities,

ensuring timely book closure, and finalizing accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented

professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles

and practices. This role would act in dual capacity (client-facing and / or teaming/

supporting in-house corporate finance team).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions into general ledger and reconcile accounts

with the general ledger

• Prepare journal entries relating to leases, amortization, depreciation, accruals,

prepaids etc.

• Review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts and financial

statements

• Collect, verify, and analyze documents related to the company's financial

activities, such as balance sheets, profit, and loss accounts

• Assist with data for tax filings

• Enter regular payroll entries in accounting system

• Generate Monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports

• Assist other departments with accounting issues and queries, and collaborate

with them to complete accurate records

• Support external audits, ensure processes are adhered to as per documented

processes

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 4+ years working experience working in a consulting

organizations/Big 4 preferred.

self-direction.
