Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Law Officer to handle day-to-day legal responsibilities and provide comprehensive legal support to the organization. The role involves legal analysis, drafting, advisory, compliance management, and litigation support across multiple legal domains. The candidate will closely assist the Head – Legal in operational and strategic legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Drafting

·        Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, contracts, MOUs, deeds, and other legal documents.

·        Produce high-quality legal opinions on a wide range of matters.

·        Handle legal documentation related to company law, banking law, contract law, and intellectual property rights.

·        Draft court documents such as plaints, petitions, written statements, objections, affidavits, etc.

·        Vet sale deeds, lease agreements, and commercial contracts.

Litigation & Dispute Management

·        Assist in handling arbitration proceedings and related documentation.

·        Possess detailed knowledge of court proceedings and procedural stages.

Manage and support proceedings before:

Civil and Commercial Courts

·        Consumer Forums

·        Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC)

·        Electricity Appellate Tribunal (APTEL)

Compliance & Regulatory

·        Handle all ongoing statutory and legal compliances of the company, including labor and employment laws.

·        Review and advise on HR policies to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.

·        Support compliance requirements under electricity laws and sector-specific regulations.

Research & Reporting

·        Conduct in-depth legal research on specific subjects and regulatory matters.

·        Prepare research notes and legal reports for internal stakeholders and management.

Support to Head – Legal

·        Assist the Head – Legal in day-to-day legal operations and strategic initiatives.

·        Coordinate with external counsel, law firms, and regulatory authorities when required.

Required Candidate Profile-

Qualifications & Experience

·        Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized university.

·        Active Bar Council registration is mandatory.

·        Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department (any relevant practice area).

Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of:

·        Company Law

·        Banking Law

·        Law of Contracts

·        Intellectual Property Laws

·        Electricity Laws (Good to have)

·        Experience in agreement drafting and contract negotiation.

·        Knowledge of title scrutiny of agricultural land documents and conversion of land from agricultural to non-agricultural use.

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Security Engineer to join our growing security team. This role requires a hands-on professional who can evaluate and strengthen the security posture of our

applications and infrastructure across Web, Android, iOS, APIs, and cloud-native environments.

The ideal candidate will also lead technical triage from our bug bounty program, integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle, and contribute to building a security-first engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 3 to 6 years of solid hands-on experience in the VAPT domain

● Solid understanding of Web, Android, and iOS application security

● Experience with DevSecOps tools and integrating security into CI/CD

● Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and their security models

● Familiarity with bug bounty programs and responsible disclosure practices

● Familiarity with tools like Burp Suite, MobSF, OWASP ZAP, Terraform, Checkov..etc

Responsibilities:

● Perform Security reviews, Vulnerability Assessments & Penetration Testing for Web,

Android, iOS, and API endpoints

● Perform Threat Modelling & anticipate potential attack vectors and improve security

architecture on complex or cross-functional components

● Identify and remediate OWASP Top 10 and mobile-specific vulnerabilities

● Conduct secure code reviews and red team assessments

● Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, and secret scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines

● Automate security checks using tools like SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, etc.

● Maintain and manage vulnerability scanning infrastructure

● Perform security assessments of AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, with an emphasis

on container security, particularly for Docker and Kubernetes.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle loan-related customer inquiries over toll-free numbers (pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts).
• Follow up with customers when payment commitments are not met.
• Accurately log borrower contacts into the loan servicing system.
• Provide long-term resolutions to resolve delinquency.
• Use autodialing systems effectively to maximize contact ratios.
• Ensure daily prescribed contact targets are met.
• Stay familiar with customer relations functions and services offered.

Education & Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for building data and analytical engineering pipelines with standard ELT patterns, implementing data compaction pipelines, data modelling and overseeing overall data quality

• Work with the Office of the CTO as an active member of our architecture guild

What To Bring

• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Travis CI, and JIRA) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development)

• Experienced with the formulation of ideas; building proof-of-concept (POC) and converting them to production-ready projects

• Experience building and deploying applications on on-premise and AWS or Google Cloud cloud-based infrastructure

• Basic understanding of Kubernetes & docker is a must.
