About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy, along with leadership skills to manage and mentor a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring delivery of KPIs.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage and optimize social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute content marketing strategies (blogs, creatives, videos).
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to measure campaign success.
• Identify new digital trends and technologies to stay ahead in the market.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to support business growth.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/Graduate with specialization in Marketing or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Strategy, and Analytics tools.
• Experience in handling large-scale digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge on Sheet metal component design, material and thickness selection
• Competent on Electrical harness modeling in CATIA V5 – Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation.
• Independently handle Electrical harness modeling related to subsystem and car level..
• Able to interpret electrical schema and good understanding and able to apply while routing the harness
• Wire Bundle calculation
• Selection of protection, connectors, conduit, etc…
• Good Knowledge of materials  & mechanical characteristics
• Ability to perform a weight assessment on assemblies, aggregates and installations
• Ability to analyze manufacturing non-conformity and to validate a back-up solution.

What you need to succeed in this job ?

• MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.
• Minimum 2+ Experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud Gateway etc
• Good understanding of Design Patterns usage and implementations.
• REST Services and understanding and implementation of Microservices Architecture.
• Unit testing tools – Junit & Mockito.
• Experience is PostgreSQL database is must, 
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem solving skills.
• Should be an active contributor to developer communities like Stackoverflow is added advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server side development (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kafka).
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high- energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large scale web applications using Node.js; 
• Full-cycle projects and product development; 
• Focus on software development and build Restful API's; 
• Contribute to the overall software development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, release/version control, testing, deployment, and support; 
• Be a part of an agile-based team 

Requirements:

• Exposure to ES6 knowledge of REST API Design and Development in Node.js. 
• Basic Knowledge of Web Socket.
• Strong Knowledge of Javascript, Good exposure to Redis, MongoDB.
• Should be having a basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap4.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in layout, design and coding in PHP & Frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel. You must also possess a strong knowledge of MySQL Server databases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge & Hands-on Experience with Code Igniter Framework.
• Experience on BootStrap.
• Mandatory Experience on Angular 2 or more.
• Excellent on web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX JQuery.
• Very good knowledge of databases MySQL.
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay etc).
• Work experience in GIT repo.
• Work experience in UBUNTU.
• Knowledge of Angular Material UI Components.
• Strong debugging skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web development.
• Expertise in Backend ( PHP, CodeIgniter) and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases
• Knowledge of Nodejs is added advantage.
