QA Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Zoho Developer (2-4 years) to join our team! You'll work with internal teams to understand business requirements, configure and customize Zoho apps, and deliver end-to-end solutions. You'll also provide support, troubleshoot issues, and guide junior team members. Required skills include hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, CRM, Flow, Books, Analytics, and more, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple projects is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

Build and optimize Shoppin’s vibe, image, and inspiration search, powering both text and image-based discovery.

Work on vector embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and semantic search using ElasticSearch, Redis caching, and LLM APIs.

Design and ship high-performance Python microservices that move fast and scale beautifully.

Experiment with prompt engineering, ranking models, and multimodal retrieval.

• Collaborate directly with the founder — moving from idea → prototype → production in hours, not weeks.

 Tech You’ll Work With

• Languages & Frameworks: Python, FastAPI
• Search & Infra: ElasticSearch, Redis, PostgreSQL
• AI Stack: Vector Databases, Embeddings, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)

• Strong mathematical intuition — you understand cosine similarity, normalization, and ranking functions.
• Experience or deep curiosity in text + image search.
• Comfort with Python, data structures, and system design.

• Hungry to go all-in, ship hard things, and make a dent.

Bonus Points

• Experience with LLM prompting or orchestration.
• Exposure to recommendation systems, fashion/culture AI, or multimodal embeddings.

Role and Responsibility – Customer Service Executive

 Inbound calling for customer service.

 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the

time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

 Take the extra mile to engage customers.

• Any B.Tech / BE graduate
• Minimum 3+ years of experience into IT system administration
• A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, IOS
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
• Strong communication skills

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Experience with Firewall management
• Handling LAN / WAN networks an coordinating with ISPs
• Working with vendors for purchasing / renting laptops and desktops.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
