The Knowledge Graph Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing knowledge graph technologies to enhance organizational data understanding and decision-making capabilities. This role involves collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate complex data into accessible and insightful knowledge graphs.

Work you’ll do

1. Design and develop scalable and efficient knowledge graph architectures.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 6-10 years of professional experience in data engineering with Proven experience in designing and implementing knowledge graph systems.

3. Strong understanding of semantic web technologies (RDF, SPARQL, GraphQL,OWL, etc.).

4. Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or others.

5. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data management (e.g., Python, Java, Javascript).

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferred:

1. Experience with machine learning and natural language processing.

2. Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and principles

3. Prior exposure to cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

● Design and develop new features using Full-stack development

(Java/Spring/React/Angular/Mysql) for a cloud(AWS/others) and mobile product

application in SOA/microservices architecture.

An Interior Design Executive is a sales professional who generates leads, qualifies customers, and closes sales for interior design services primarily through phone and digital communication. This role involves understanding customer requirements, providing company and product information, building rapport, and coordinating with sales and design teams. Key responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, and CRM maintenance, often requiring experience in sales, especially within the interior design or related fields.

Core responsibilities

Lead generation: Proactively making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries to identify and qualify potential clients.

Client engagement: Acting as the first point of contact, understanding client needs, and providing detailed information about design services and pricing.

Sales support: Collaborating with interior designers and sales teams to develop solutions and present proposals to clients.

Customer relationship management: Maintaining detailed lead data in a CRM system and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Internal coordination: Working with other teams to address customer requests and provide feedback on marketing efforts.

Required qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly telesales or inside sales, is often required. Experience in the interior design, real estate, or modular furniture industries is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      4-10 years in Counselling psychology and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Counselling / Medical Psychology

·      Experience in clinical work

·      Exposure to mental health training

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable
