Key Responsibilities

 Develop and expand the Dental Lab business in the assigned territory

 Build, manage, and strengthen the dealer & distributor network

 Drive channel sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

 Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers

 Manage key accounts including Dental Labs, Clinics, Colleges, and Institutions

 Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions

 Coordinate with service and backend teams for seamless execution

 Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

 Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs

Candidate Requirements

 3–6 years of experience in Dental / CAD-CAM / Medical Equipment Sales

 Strong exposure to Dealer & Distributor Channel Sales

 Good understanding of Dental Lab workflow and equipment

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach

 Comfortable with extensive field sales and travel

Work Location: In person

• Good hands-on experience in manual testing areas; systems, Integration, and end to end.
• Experience in test phases varying from requirement review, and test case creation through to specific execution, regression, user acceptance
• Experience in basic test reporting & strong defect management
• Experience in the use of a range of testing tools, e.g. Mantis, Jira, TestLink, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing tool Selenium WebDriver
• Experience or Involved in using Automation Framework (Keyword, data-driven or hybrid, Cucumber)
• Strong in coding/scripting languages e.g. Java, VBScripts, or C#
• Strong Testing process concepts and overall testing lifecycle
• Able to assess/analyze Requirements and do automation feasibility study
• Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases
• Analysing/Review the automated test scripts prepared by team members
• Executing automated test Cases in batch mode and reporting results to team/stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
• Previous work experience as a Manual Testing in OTT Platform - MUST
• Complete understanding of STB, Set up box (MUST)
• Understanding of testing protocols
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

• Product Manager leads multiple inter-dependent work-streams, each with massive business potential and scale, immediately:
• Complete end-to-end product design for web-based Ed-Tech Platform with blockbuster in-market results as we go from MVP to scaled product.
• Lead complexity of creating a platform that should be absolutely delightful for kids 6-14 while delivering perceived academic value to parents.
• Have a global aesthetic—the product will expand globally in 3 months time and aesthetic should transcend cultural boundaries to deliver a true global experience.
• Have strong detail orientation—the product will have inter-dependent flows on both front-end as well as teacher/admin/ops back-end.

• 7-10 years of experience with at least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Scaled consumer product experience
• Building a product from scratch and grown to 2x or 3x.
• Good to have candidates from IIT/NIT/BITS Pilani and Top colleges
