Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Compensation: Rs.40,000/- per month(6 month contract which may be extended)

Role: Account Manager

Location- Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad

Role Overview:

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales

quotas and targets

• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face

meetings, and indirect methods such as networking

• Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales

• Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options

and cost benefits of each

• Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations

with prospects

• Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer

requirements

• Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or any allied domain with experience in software sales

• Having CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied solution sales/ technical experience would be an added

advantage

• Good knowledge of local market

• Ability to develop new business opportunities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• Ability to travel upto 70%

Responsibilities & Duties

• Define project objectives, schedules, resource requirements, budget, and deliverables for different projects and programs in support of business goals.
• Lead and execute all tactical project management aspects of different esports programs and projects to expand our brand and viewership goals.
• Be responsible for creation and distribution of complete project plans, related documentation, and reporting requirements to all project stakeholders, internal teams and client personnel.
• Deliver and develop status frequency, and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation, along with risks, contingency plans, and roadblocks to project stakeholders and leadership.

• Experience in organizing esports and/or digital content planning, productions and broadcast/distribution to drive viewership.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive planning, schedules, budgeting, resource management, collaboration and status reporting.
• Passionate about gaming and esports, having a strong understanding of both gaming and cultural nuances in South and Southeast Asia.
