Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design & Architecture Specialist with advanced SketchUp modeling expertise. This role combines architectural visualization, interior design, and furniture modeling with strong coordination and project management skills. The ideal candidate will bring both technical proficiency and design creativity to deliver high-quality projects.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, including furniture modeling and plugin usage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior design projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit (preferred).

As a Area Sales Manager specializing in the Admission Business, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your assigned territory by promoting and selling Ezyschooling Services to various educational institutions, including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and Boarding schools.

Your primary focus will be on understanding the unique admission challenges of each type of institution, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales and Business Development:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the admission business, targeting Preschools, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and prioritize target schools and institutions, generating leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online research.
3. Conduct thorough research on individual schools, understand their admission processes, pain points, and requirements, and tailor admission sales pitches and product offerings accordingly.
4. Engage with school administrators, principals, admission officers, and other stakeholders to demonstrate the value and benefits of the admission management solutions.
5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and advantages of the solution.
6. Develop and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales team and the legal department.

B. Relationship Building and Account Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and Boarding schools, including school administrators, admission officers, and management teams.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to schools, providing expert guidance on streamlining admission processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving the overall admission experience.
3. Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base and develop strategies to maximize revenue.

C. Area Management:

1. Effectively manage and prioritize the assigned area, including travel planning, scheduling meetings, and optimizing sales routes.
