Job Summary

The Junior Business Development Executive will support the sales and

marketing team in new client acquisition and revenue growth strategies. This role requires a keen interest in market dynamics, sales processes, and client engagement.We are looking for BBA & MBA Marketing fresher candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities

through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2.

Client Outreach: Assist in the development and execution of outreach

strategies to attract new clients.

3.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and

customer needs.

4.

Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations on software services to

potential clients.

5.

Sales Support: Support senior business developers in negotiating deals

and closing sales.

6.

CRM Management: Maintain client and potential client information within

the company CRM.

7.

Feedback Analysis: Collect feedback from clients and the market to

assist in product and service improvement initiatives.

8.

Reporting: Assist with the preparation of reports on business

development activities.

We are launching our second product - SelectRight as an innovative approach to college selection and student recruitment for students and universities, respectively. The product rests on the three pillars of data science, transparency and ethics and hopes to create value for students and universities. 

Brief:

Given our multi-geography, multi-stakeholder business model, the CRM is the central and most used software in the company that enables a number of complex customer relationship management use cases.

As a Salesforce developer at GradRight, you’ll build and maintain the CRM to enable all operational requirements of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with product managers and owners to understand operational/functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements
2. Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
3. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
4. Ensure the best possible quality of the application
5. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
6. Writing documents and providing training for business users

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a SalesForce developer
2. Apex development
3. Visualforce page development
4. Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
5. Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
6. Lightning component development, Lightning design development
7. Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
8. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
9. Experience in integrating with third party APIs

Good to have:

1. Experience with software development other than Salesforce

Docsumo is Document AI software that helps enterprises capture data and analyze customer documents. We convert documents such as invoices, ID cards, and bank statements into actionable data. As a Senior Machine Learning you will be working directly with the CTO to develop end to end API products for the US market in the information extraction domain.

Responsibilities :

• You will be designing and building systems that help Docsumo process visual data i.e. as PDF & images of documents.
• You'll work in our Machine Intelligence team, a close-knit group of scientists and engineers who incubate new capabilities from whiteboard sketches all the way to finished apps.
• You will get to learn the ins and outs of building core capabilities & API products that can scale globally.
• Should have hands-on experience applying advanced statistical learning techniques to different types of data.
• Should be able to design, build and work with RESTful Web Services in JSON and XML formats. (Flask preferred)
• Should follow Agile principles and processes including (but not limited to) standup meetings, sprints and retrospectives.

Skills / Requirements :

• Minimum 3+ years experience working in machine learning, text processing, data science, information retrieval, deep learning, natural language processing, text mining, regression, classification, etc.
• Must have a full-time degree in Computer Science or similar (Statistics/Mathematics)
• Working with OpenCV, TensorFlow and Keras
• Working with Python: Numpy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Panda
• Familiarity with Version Control tools such as Git
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases with hands-on experience in at least one database system.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn

Expectations:

The candidate is expected to work on 3D Graphics and asset creation for Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality apps for iOS, Android and Hololens. Job includes - starting from understanding of the requirements to develop & deliver 3D data to developers developing the apps. Candidate should have good visualization skills with creative bent of mind. Candidate should have professional experience in producing 3D models and animations using 3DS Max, Maya , Unity 3D, Zbrush and Photoshop for the in-game world. Looking for creative individuals with good design flair.

· Creates, builds and maintains computer generated 3D models of story elements and designs that meet the art direction and requirements

· High quality photorealistic 3D rendering and animation

· Proficient in optimizing 3D assets

· Experience working on rigging, unwrapping and visual effects

· Iterate sketches and art mockups quickly on ideas that are still in the process of being defined.

Requirement:

· Any graduation and/or Certification from a reputed 3D design / animation institute

· Strong knowledge on 3D Studio Max, Maya and Unity

· Good visualization skills with creative bent of mind

· Proficient in character design and background design with a good sense of colour palette
