Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and product/service presentations.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms in line with company guidelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with sales priorities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums as needed.

• Handle social media accounts

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role (B2B 

preferred).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) to manage pipeline.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions/pitches.

• Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience selling technology/IT services or SaaS products.

• Existing network of industry contacts relevant to the company's target market.

• Exposure to digital marketing or lead-generation campaigns.
