We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle & Azure Cloud Administrator with 8+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise cloud environments across Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and Azure Cloud Database Services. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, OIC, ATP, OCI infrastructure, and strong working knowledge of Azure SQL, Azure PostgreSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oracle Fusion Applications (SaaS) Administration

- Lead user provisioning, role design, SoD governance

- Manage Job/Data/Duty roles, inheritance, audits

- BI Publisher administration

- Oversee environment refresh cycles

- Lead quarterly patching impact analysis

- Troubleshoot functional and security issues

2. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administration

- Manage integration deployments, schedules, lookups

- Configure REST/SOAP/FTP/Fusion/ATP adapters

- Monitor failed messages, reprocess errors

- Manage OIC security, certificates, key stores

- Collaborate with technical/functional teams

3. Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP) Administration

- Administer ATP instances, users, privileges

- Monitor performance, storage, SQL workloads

- Support connectivity with OIC and Fusion

- Assist with backup/restore validation

4. OCI Infrastructure (IaaS) Administration

- Manage compute, VMs, block volumes, OS access

- Support VCNs, subnets, routing, NSGs

- Manage OCI IAM users, groups, policies

- Use OCI Logging & Monitoring for proactive alerts

5. Azure Cloud Database Administration

- Azure SQL Database:

- Provision, configure, secure Azure SQL

- Performance tuning, indexing, query optimization

- Manage HA/DR, PITR, automated backups

- Monitor via Azure Monitor & Log Analytics

- Azure Database for PostgreSQL:

- Administer single/flexible server PostgreSQL

- Manage parameters, extensions, replication

- Optimize performance and storage

- Azure Cosmos DB:

- Manage partitioning, indexing, RU optimization

- Configure global distribution & failover

- Monitor consistency models and throughput

6. Monitoring, Support & Documentation

- L1/L2/L3 support for Oracle & Azure environments

- Monitor SaaS, OIC, ATP, Azure SQL/Postgres/Cosmos

- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams

- Support audits, compliance, and security reviews

- Manage Oracle SRs and Azure support tickets

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities:

·   Service Delivery Management: Manage end-to-end support operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

·   Lead incidents, problems, and change management processes, including supporting patches and new releases. Develop service dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management.

·   Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within ERP operations.

Role Description

• Design, build, and own enterprise-scale data platforms on Azure
• Take end-to-end accountability for architecture, data pipelines, transformation frameworks, and production readiness
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), including REST API and external source integration
• Build data transformation workflows using Databricks (PySpark) for complex and nested JSON datasets
• Architect and implement Delta Lake-based platforms with fact and dimension models (star schema)
• Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and cost efficiency
• Own the full data platform lifecycle: architecture, deployment, monitoring, and support
• Establish production readiness frameworks including logging, alerting, and data quality checks
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Role: Appian/Unqork Senior Solution Architect/Practice Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers with minimal supervision
• Work with sales to create and submit proposals, promote sales effort by helping customers leverage low code/no code tools for software development life cycle
• Build a solution delivery team
• Provide day-to-day guidance and technical leadership to a team of Appian/Unqork (or other low code/no code platform) Administrators, Developers, and Data Architects.
• Act as the technical lead, leading interactions with customer business and technical teams
• Work closely and collaboratively with the project team to deliver on project scope
• Works collaboratively with the Client and Team to articulate the vision and outcomes of the project and each release, and translating that vision into an actionable plan; Effectively manage customer expectations
• Develop guidance on Release Management process, working with Team and Client
• Serve as the day-to-day Technical POC for VDart team
• Plan and coordinate release logistics with other application teams and Stakeholders, identifying and accounting for dependencies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor (BS) of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management or equivalent disciplines.
• Certification in Appian or Unqork
• 7+ years of IT experience, including full cycle software/web development and release management/implementation knowledge
• 4+ years' experience in a technical leadership position with prior experience supervising  and leading teams
• 2+ years' experience of successful implementations of very large Appian or Unqork solutions
• Technical leadership in implementing enterprise-class application delivery
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent writing, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to explain technical content to non-technical, business stakeholders
