We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle & Azure Cloud Administrator with 8+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise cloud environments across Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and Azure Cloud Database Services. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, OIC, ATP, OCI infrastructure, and strong working knowledge of Azure SQL, Azure PostgreSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oracle Fusion Applications (SaaS) Administration
- Lead user provisioning, role design, SoD governance
- Manage Job/Data/Duty roles, inheritance, audits
- BI Publisher administration
- Oversee environment refresh cycles
- Lead quarterly patching impact analysis
- Troubleshoot functional and security issues
2. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administration
- Manage integration deployments, schedules, lookups
- Configure REST/SOAP/FTP/Fusion/ATP adapters
- Monitor failed messages, reprocess errors
- Manage OIC security, certificates, key stores
- Collaborate with technical/functional teams
3. Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP) Administration
- Administer ATP instances, users, privileges
- Monitor performance, storage, SQL workloads
- Support connectivity with OIC and Fusion
- Assist with backup/restore validation
4. OCI Infrastructure (IaaS) Administration
- Manage compute, VMs, block volumes, OS access
- Support VCNs, subnets, routing, NSGs
- Manage OCI IAM users, groups, policies
- Use OCI Logging & Monitoring for proactive alerts
5. Azure Cloud Database Administration
- Azure SQL Database:
- Provision, configure, secure Azure SQL
- Performance tuning, indexing, query optimization
- Manage HA/DR, PITR, automated backups
- Monitor via Azure Monitor & Log Analytics
- Azure Database for PostgreSQL:
- Administer single/flexible server PostgreSQL
- Manage parameters, extensions, replication
- Optimize performance and storage
- Azure Cosmos DB:
- Manage partitioning, indexing, RU optimization
- Configure global distribution & failover
- Monitor consistency models and throughput
6. Monitoring, Support & Documentation
- L1/L2/L3 support for Oracle & Azure environments
- Monitor SaaS, OIC, ATP, Azure SQL/Postgres/Cosmos
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams
- Support audits, compliance, and security reviews
- Manage Oracle SRs and Azure support tickets

Role Description
- Design, build, and own enterprise-scale data platforms on Azure
- Take end-to-end accountability for architecture, data pipelines, transformation frameworks, and production readiness
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), including REST API and external source integration
