Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about customer interaction and eager to build a career in the SaaS industry. You will support customers with onboarding, resolve their queries, and ensure they have a great experience using our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and support tickets.

Assist customers with product onboarding and provide basic product demonstrations.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and satisfaction.

Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve the customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, or a customer-facing role.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Internship experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, or a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Comfortable communicating with customers via calls, email, WhatsApp, and chat.

Key Requirements / Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in software development with strong expertise in building scalable web applications.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, managing development teams and driving project delivery.
• Strong technical decision-making ability, including architecture design, technology selection, and implementation of best practices.
• Front-end expertise: Strong experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and building responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Back-end development: Hands-on experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, API design, and server-side architecture.
• Gen AI Expertise: Experience in building RAG & LLM Systems, implementing AI/ML models or integrating AI-based solutions to solve business problems.

Education Qualifications:

 • Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. 

• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency clientfacing applications. 

• Good development experience with RDBMS.

This role is physically based out of Mauritius and will require you to relocate to Mauritius. Relocation expenses like air tickets/work visa/permit/medical for work permit will be borne by the company

The role of a senior java developer is to ensure high quality software development and delivery to the end client.

As senior software developer, you shall be the technical SME on the project and ensure that the team abide by the quality standard set on the project.

On the Java Expertise Center, you shall be contributing to the knowledge building committee where you will be coaching juniors and demy students
