Key Responsibilities
· Functional Configuration: Lead configuration and setup of Fusion Procurement modules to meet business requirements.
· Sourcing & Procurement:
1. Manage RFPs (Request for Proposals), Tenders, and Knockout Analysis within Oracle Fusion Sourcing.
2. Guide stakeholders in supplier selection and scoring using sourcing tools.
3. Configure and optimize sourcing workflows, events, and evaluation criteria.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to align solution design and technical requirements.
· End-to-End Testing: Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely sign-off.
· Quarterly Release Management: Assess Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and plan functional enhancements proactively.
· Documentation & Training: Prepare functional specifications, maintain knowledge base, deliver training, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the pod.
· Performance Monitoring: Analyze source-to-pay (S2P) processes, recommend improvements, optimizations, and report on KPIs.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
· 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant.
· Strong expertise in configuring Procurement Cloud modules (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Contracts).
· Hands-on experience with Sourcing processes, including RFPs, Tenders, and Knockout Analysis.
· Consulting or DevOps experience, including enhancement cycles and rapid deployments.
· Construction industry experience is a plus.
· Experience with reporting tools (OTBI/BIP) and BPM workflow testing.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven, sprint-based pod delivery model.

Mandatory Skills :
