Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Developer based in Bengaluru.

We are building scalable, high-impact digital products and are looking for a .NET Developer who thrives in a product-driven environment. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and designing systems that scale, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Own

• Architect and build high-performance .NET web applications
• Develop and enhance applications using ASP.NET (Web Forms 4.2), MVC, SQL Server/Oracle
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs & Web Services
• Drive clean architecture, performance optimization, and code quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to technical decisions and mentor junior developers

What We Value

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in the .NET ecosystem
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles
• Solid database experience with query optimization
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON, XML
• Experience with version control tools (Git or similar)

• Strong UI / Product / Visual Designer Profile (Not UX-focused)
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ Years of hands-on experience in UI / Product / Visual Design, with strong exposure to web and mobile app design (from concepting, wireframes, prototypes to final UI).
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong visual/UI design portfolio showcasing product, web, and app UI work with clear emphasis on visual hierarchy, interaction detail, color, and layout.
• Mandatory (Tools) – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Sketch, Axure, Zeplin is a plus).

Preferred

• Preferred (Skill) - Exposure of design AI tools is a plus
• Preferred (Additional Tools) – Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Miro, and other collaboration or analytics tools.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical expertise & support to sales teams
• Handle quotations, vendor coordination & customer solutions
• Ensure smooth order execution & sales growth

What we’re looking for:

✅ Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)

✅ 3–5 yrs experience in BMS / HVAC / ELV industry

✅ Strong technical & sales aptitude

✅ Excellent communication & teamwork skills

💼 Knowledge of PLC/DDC is a plus!

• Design to simplify the complexity - Work with our designers to simplify the systems that are working across chains, protocols or existing financial systems.
• Build for the future of finance - Build, deploy and come back to the whiteboard with the core team to innovate, ideate and scale solutions.
• Own your ship - Be responsible to build framework components, own the development process and drive the development cycle to improve transparency and productivity across the team.

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering building scalable web applications: Experience in web3/fintech is not a mandate to apply. You learn as you go!
• You should be good at your game: Detailed oriented and have a thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 & hands-on experience with either of VueJS, Angular, React OR similar.
• You have a strong bias for action: You seek problems. If you see one, you find the solution. If you have one, you should be already building it. If it fails, you move to the next!
• You want to grow but together: You want to learn and master new skills by tackling new problems with the team

Responsibilities:

• Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
• Communicate using industry best practices
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Develop content for multiple platforms, like websites, email, datasheets, case studies, videos, and blogs
• Use SEO strategies and make the content keyword optimized to maximize the online visibility of the content in search results
• Draft responses to technical proposals with inputs from technical team

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-3 years of experience in working as a Technical Writer/Content Writer
• Proven expertise of writing impeccable English
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Good time management skills
• Graduate or Post Graduate
