We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / PTP Functional Consultant with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly across Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Contracts, approvals, integrations, and data conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead design confirmation sessions, support testing and training, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / PTP.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in:
• BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreements)
• Procurement Contracts
• Purchasing
• Supplier Portal
• Supplier Master Data
• TCA (Trading Community Architecture)
• Understand and support Purchasing integration with AP Subledger, including drop-ship scenarios with Order Management (OM).
• Strong knowledge of TAB (Transaction Account Builder), Oracle Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification Management.
• Lead and facilitate design confirmation sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with FSM (Functional Setup Manager) and BPM approval workflows.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of embedded AI agents within Oracle Fusion Cloud and their potential application in procurement processes.
• Participate in solution design, configuration validation, functional specifications, and business process discussions.
• Support data conversion activities, particularly:
• Supplier Master conversion
• BPA conversion
• Procurement-related data migration
• Prepare and review PTP Lean Specifications for RICE objects.
• Create detailed functional test scripts, test scenarios, and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Assist clients with training documentation, user guides, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for solution walkthroughs, design sessions, process demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and client stakeholders.

Skills

• 7–10 years of overall Oracle experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / PTP; Oracle EBS-only experience is not sufficient.
• Deep expertise in BPA, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Portal, Supplier Master and TCA.
• Understanding of AP Subledger and OM integration, especially drop-ship processes.
• Experience with TAB, Oracle Sourcing and Supplier Qualification.
• Hands-on experience with FSM and BPM approvals.

Key Responsibilities 

Act as Hands On Expert in the Oracle Procurement modules. 

Lead business process workshops and advise client on the impacts of 

adopting the Oracle Cloud solution. 

Expert level knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application SCM 

Modules – Procurement, Supplier Portal. 

Experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier management, 

Procurement contracts, Procurements Analytics, Self Service 

Procurement. 

Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify potential 

suppliers and vendors.  

Conducting market research to understand trends and pricing.  

Evaluating supplier proposals and selecting the best options based on 

quality, cost, and delivery.  

Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with suppliers.  

Managing the purchase order process and ensuring timely delivery of 

goods and services.  

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers. 

Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with 

contracts. 

Addressing any issues or disputes with suppliers. 

Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures. 

Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and

 requirements. 

Preparing procurement reports and providing updates to management. 

Analyse current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for

improvement using Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. 

Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including 

setup, configuration, and customization. 

Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the solution meets the 

client’s requirements. 

Conduct data migration and integration with other systems as needed. 

Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover and

 post go live. 

Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and 

test integrations between Procurement and third party/custom solutions. 

Required Skills 

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, Finance or a similar field. 

8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion 

SCM/procurement modules.  

Hands-on experience with at least 3 or more SCM/procurement modules

Strong understanding of SCM/Procurement best practices. 

Excellent communication and documentation skills. 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Oracle Cloud SCM Certification. 

Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and release 

management. 

Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI reporting tools. 

Experience devising procurement strategies or managing procurement budgets. 

Knowledge of end-to end implementation of finance modules will add an advantage.

This role requires deep business process understanding and collaboration with various departments—not coding-focused.

Mandatory Skills :

Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AP, AR, Procurement), stakeholder requirement gathering, e-commerce financial process design, OMS/WMS/TMS functional understanding, excellent communication skills.
