Redlio Designs is looking for a creative and talented UI/UX Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to define and understand user needs and requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continuous design improvements.
• Work with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented correctly.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Key Skills Expected:

• C# ASP.NET, MVC, Razor Syntax
• .NET Core, WebAPI
• MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• HTML / CSS / Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular (at least one resource should know Angular)
• Microsoft Azure / AWS (would be a big advantage)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
