Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, customer retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of email marketing tools, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, product updates, and customer engagement campaigns.
· Write clear, engaging, and persuasive email content aligned with the brand voice.
· Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and customer databases.
· Design and coordinate email templates with the creative/design team.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
· Conduct A/B testing to improve email subject lines, content, design, and campaign results.
· Ensure all email campaigns are mobile-friendly and optimized for better engagement.
· Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
· Collaborate with sales, content, design, and digital marketing teams to support overall marketing goals.
· Ensure email campaigns comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations.
· Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on campaign insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
· Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Sendinblue, or similar tools.
· Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
· Basic understanding of HTML, email templates, and CRM systems is preferred.
· Good knowledge of audience segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics.
· Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
· Creative mindset with a focus on improving customer engagement and conversions.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with marketing automation workflows.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
· Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
· Familiarity with e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B email campaigns.
· Data Gathering and shorting/Verification.
· Knowledge of domain verification, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMRC and etc.)
· Maintain deliverability of the email and domain.
