About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our web applications, working closely with our cross-functional team to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality code.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.
• Database Management:
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Implement data storage solutions, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Frontend Development:
• Build user-friendly interfaces using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance, including loading times and responsiveness across devices.
• Backend Development:
• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Typescript, Redux, or similar state management tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker or containerization.

Job Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7) or above JDK 8 preferable, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns

* Hands on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit

* Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Microservices, RESTful

Java Developer - Microservices ( 4+ Yrs) - Mumbai & Gurgaon

Java Developer - Angular ( 3+ Yrs) - Mumbai & Gurgaon

Must have 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Java 8 and above

 Strong in Core Java (Collections, Threads, Regular Expressions, concurrency, Lambdas, Reactive, Exception handling).

 Strong experience in microservices and event driven processing systems.

 Experience with architecting and implementing apps using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud including Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Cloud.

 Good knowledge on relational database (Oracle) or NO SQL database is preferred.

 Experience in writing & automating test scripts using Mockito/JUnit, SpringbootTest etc.

 Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / Zero defects in Production.

Business Development Executive

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

• Finding and developing new markets to drive sales and growth.

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and demo our product.

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients, and responding to RFPs.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience within SaaS technology or the software industry
• 6+ years of sales and or business development experience ideally in HR technology, employee benefits or software sales
• BS Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent writing, communications and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
• You are passionate about health and fitness, empathetic and a curious person
