Key Job Purpose: Responsible for demand acquisition from all the channels in a specific zone
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. Discovery of small medium enterprises/ traders within the region and building supply pipeline for all operating routes
2. Provide requisite support to the team in negotiation & closure
3. Conduct regular outreach through calls/ in - person meetings with clients and team
4. Achieve monthly targets
5. Build effective teams and manage productivity of team members to deliver the results
6. Engagement of customers during free trial
Incentive- Profit sharing on monthly sales achieved.
