ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sponsorship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing sponsors for various events and initiatives. This role is a unique blend of business development, client servicing, and event execution, and is ideal for someone with strong relationship- building skills and a passion for events and branding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify & Acquire Sponsors: Research and approach potential sponsors that align with our event themes and audience profiles
• Pitch & Negotiate: Create compelling sponsorship decks and proposals; lead negotiations to secure sponsorship deals
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors pre, during, and post events
• Sponsorship Fulfilment: Ensure all sponsorship deliverables (branding, speaking slots, stalls, digital exposure, etc.) are executed seamlessly
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and event execution teams to deliver value to sponsors
• Post-event Reporting: Prepare performance reports and ROI presentations for sponsors to build long-term partnerships
• Market Research: Stay updated on sponsorship trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (event industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
• Ability to create persuasive pitch decks and proposals
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer with 7+ years of experience in testing scalable, event-driven microservices and real-time data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and ensure quality of microservices-based architectures.
• Test real-time data pipelines built using Kafka and CDC tools (e.g., Debezium).
• Work with graph databases (Neo4j) to analyze and verify complex data relationships.
• Perform API testing using REST Assured.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve overall product quality and reliability.

AI/ML Development: Build models using open-source frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). ● Zero-Cost Full-Stack Engineering: Build across the stack using cost-free tools and infrastructure. ● Security & Auth: Implement secure authentication/authorization systems using free solutions. ● AI-Augmented Coding: Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot, Cody, and Workik to 10x productivity. ● UI/UX Focus: Build clean, engaging, and fast interfaces. ● Rapid Iteration: Ship MVPs, test quickly, and improve constantly. ● Lean Infrastructure: Avoid paid services; build with open-source and free-tier tools.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences 

• BE / B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field 
• Minimum 7+/5+ years of experience building large scalable systems 
• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in building products on cloud is a plus 
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and WebAPI development is required 
• Knowledge and awareness of cloud/ application security is must (OWASP at the minimum) 
• Strong knowledge in OOPS with C#, .Net(or Java) with SQL Server or any RDBMS 
• Strong experience in architecting and building multi-threaded, distributed systems. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance. 
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment. 
• Extensive experience of mentoring junior engineers to success. 
• Experience with Microservices Architecture is a plus 
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS/Azure cloud services is plus 
• Hands on experience of building products for unix systems in addition to windows is a plus

• Analyze and understand existing automation framework and automate manual test cases
• Upgrade/create a new reusable test framework using Java, Cucumber, Selenium as per functional requirements

• Carry out functional and regression testing
• Be responsible to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Complete STLC process with deliverable on time within excellent quality
• Requirement/Status communication with all the stakeholders like development team, business, product delivery team, senior management
• Good Experience in testing API and service side components
• BFSI Domain experience is MUST
• Highlight/Escalate the risk and issues in a timely manner In this role you will:
• Be responsible and held accountable for the quality of products developed by IT for our internal and external customer
• Help improve QA practices and processes by creating and maintaining documentation, QA templates, and other related artifacts
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams
• Maintain QA artifacts (such as documentation, etc.) and report QA metrics
• Be heavily involved with the Development teams during development, UAT teams during the acceptance testing, and Release Team for deployments and post-deployment QA
• Manage defect tracking for all software projects and assist with defect management by providing periodic updates to senior management as requested
• Be responsible for all QA resources
• Must remain up-to-date with relevant information and security practices within the industry and security training annually.

Skills:

• we are looking for a senior profile, a person having experience in testing API (Enterprise level product)
• Working knowledge of build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, etc.
• Expertise in version control tools like GIT.
• Using IDE's like IntelliJ, Eclipse, Spring tool suit, etc
