Purpose of the job

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1. Responsible for data modeling and analysis.

2. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely detailed analysis of various data points collected during the need identification phase.

Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance and subsequent process mapping.

3. Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit, and group metrics and indicators of success.

Through but not limited to – key productivity indicators, result areas, heath meter, performance goals etc. Report results to line

management and support the decision-making process.

4. Responsible for the development of high-quality analytical reports, and training packs.

5. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.

Other tasks:
