React JS Developer 

• 2-4 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.
• Good Communication skills must. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) ● Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with HTML,CSS, Bootstrap and UI Design 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs 
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token ● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. 
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools {such as Git}

As the primary person responsible for operations, we think it will be a great fit if -

1. You previously worked in supply chain or operations where hardware was being built.
2. You have a prior software development/electronics/embedded background.
3. You do not shy away from taking responsibility and are comfortable doing everything non-technical.
4. You obsess over minor details and strive for perfection.
5. You can handle both the software & hardware QA of the product.
6. You have prior software & hardware testing experience.

• To prospect new clients by fixing appointments, presenting company credentials, taking briefs, developing proposals.
• Researching markets to identify opportunities for events.
• Conceptualization of new ideas/themes on client requirement
• Designing Project Presentation for client pitching (in coordination with CS Manager)
• Developing Project Quotations in sync with the Production manager
• Coordination with the creative team for creative development for proposed or ongoing projects. Further achieving client approvals on it.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and Build API/Micro services using Spring boot.
• Experience in Spring Reactive programming.
• Exposure to docker and containerization
• Developing enterprise grade highly scalable java-based application
• Writing test cases using Java testing framework like JUnit, Mockito.
• Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git, SVN
• Displaying initiative and an ability to lead others, and develop applications team disciplined manner
• Participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization.
• Utilizing and applying robust analytic thinking with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Achieving significant contributions within a small team of developers to lead teams and deliver solutions within an Agile methodology, whilst ensuring quality, timeliness and team-wide adherence to good architectural practice and guidelines.
• Good Experience in Application Software Design and Development, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Software Testing and Debugging.
• Conduct peer code reviews

A Web Developer must have experience in the planning and the delivery of web applications across multiple platforms.

• Writing efficient code
• Creating websites/a website using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Working closely with webdesigners and programmers to produce the website
• Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and  deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
• Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation
• Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
• Managing a team might also be part of the job role

• HTML5/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
