Full job description

The candidate will be an integral part of the SEO team and will be responsible for the following:

Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative and reputable websites.

Content Promotion: Distribute the content on various external platforms to drive traffic and attract backlinks.

Guest Posting: Create and publish articles on third-party websites, including backlinks to our site.

Tool Utilization: SEMrush, Ahrefs and other tools to analyze and monitor competitor backlink profiles.

Local SEO: Enhance business visibility by optimizing listings and directories for local search

results.

Competitor Analysis: Examine and assess competitor off-page SEO strategies to gather valuable insights.

Performance Tracking: Track and evaluate the performance of backlinks and overall SEO metrics.

Reporting: Generate and deliver comprehensive reports on off-page SEO activities and their outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000/- - ₹40,000/- per month

Schedule: Day shift

Handling HR Operations project.  

Coordinate with Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, 

Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new 

hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and 

audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part. 

Coordinate and make sure that the Safety Compliances should be 

followed at Plant level.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors issue a various letter i.e. 

Warning Letter, abscond letter, show cause notice etc. for 

Misconduct.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors send recovery mails/legal 

notices to employees also coordinate with external lawyer for 

pending recovery of F & F.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors run a POSH Policy 

Compliance.  

MIS and reporting  

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Connecting with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on lead-squared CRM
• Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest
• Helping prospective students with detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & create a strong pipeline
• Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.

• Support and lead a team of product designers, by applying your expertise in strategic design methods and efficient design processes, across a multi-disciplinary team (UX, UX research, IxD, UI, VD, Graphics, etc) Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• A key contributor to product team working closely with PM and key stakeholders (product, engineering, data science, sales, marketing & PR) to define a long term strategy that delivers on the vision
• Be able to deliver value for end-to-end user experience design with a focus on interaction design and visual design.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate design strategies and detailed interaction models

• Experience managing a design project from start to finish
• Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization
• A keen sense of design - both interaction design and visual design
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
• Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Can get hands dirty with all parts of the design process

Job Role : Associate Manager (Database Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimizing performances of many stored procedures, SQL queries to deliver big amounts of data under a few seconds.

Desired Skills and Experience  :

• 7+ years of experience in database development
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in PostgreSQL is a must
• Experience and in-depth knowledge in PL/SQL
• Ability to come up with multiple possible ways of solving a problem and deciding on the most optimal approach for implementation that suits the work case the most
• Have knowledge of Database Administration and have the ability and experience of using the CLI tools for administration
• Experience in Big Data technologies is an added advantage
• Secondary platforms: MS SQL 2005/2008, Oracle, MySQL
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and flexibility to work individually or in team
• Ability to communicate with teams and clients across time zones and global regions
• Good communication and self-motivated
• Should have the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of NoSQL and Cloud Architecture will be an advantage
