Summary:
Passionate and energetic inside sales personnel who can connect and engage with leads via outbound calls, set up appointments and communicate the company's brand identity.
2 years of inside calling experience around IT hardware and software sales
Identify prospects grow and manage sales pipeline to achieve targets
Coordinate software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.
Experience in market research, data mining and cold calling.
Generate new potential clients through cold calling, and social media platforms.
Communicating with the Organization heads and scheduling the appointments for product demos.
Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a member of a remote team.
Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets
Market Research to identify new markets and prospects.
Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Curation
- Developing Social Media Strategies: This includes planning, researching, and implementing strategies to achieve specific business objectives, such as increasing follower counts, driving channels’ traffic, and generating leads.
- Creating and Curating Content: This involves crafting written content and selecting relevant content from other sources to post on social media platforms.
- Work with our in-house creative officer to produce top-notch visuals.
Content Scheduling
- Using tools to schedule posts for optimal timing and reach.
- Audience Engagement and Interaction: Responding to Comments and Messages. Actively engaging with followers and responding to their questions and comments.
- Managing Social Media Communities: Building and fostering a positive online community around the brand.
- Conducting Polls and Contests: Using interactive features to encourage engagement and gather feedback.
Monitoring Analytics
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and channels traffic from social media.
- Identifying Trends: Using data to understand audience preferences, optimise content strategy, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Social Media reports: Focus on the performance of content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Campaign Management
