Role

We are looking for a tech enthusiast who can work with us to help further the development of our Augmented Reality product, https://www.quidich.com/services/spatio">Spatio, to keep us ahead of the technology curve. We have a tight product roadmap that needs enthusiastic people to solve problems in the realm of software development and computer vision systems. Responsibilities

• Working with the research team to develop, evaluate and optimize various state of the art algorithms.
• Deploying high performance, readable, and reliable code on edge devices or any other target environments.
• Continuously exploring new frameworks and identifying ways to incorporate those in the product.
• Collaborating with the core team to bring ideas to life and keep pace with the latest research in Computer Vision, Deep Learning etc.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• B.E/B.Tech or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in computer vision algorithms like - sfm/SLAM, optical flow, visual-inertial odometry
• Experience in sensor fusion (camera, imu, lidars) and in probabilistic filters - EKF, UKF
• Proficiency in programming - C++ and algorithms
• Strong mathematical understanding - linear algebra, 3d-geometry, probability.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in optical flow, multi-camera geometry, 3D reconstruction
• Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.

Strong Enterprise Data Modeller profile (Modern Data Platforms)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 7+ years of experience in Data Modeling or Enterprise Data Architecture, with strong hands-on expertise in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have Strong hands-on experience with enterprise data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, SQLDBM, or similar enterprise data modeling tools

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have Deep understanding of dimensional modeling (Kimball / Inmon methodologies), normalization techniques, and schema design for modern data warehouse environments.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Proven experience designing data models for modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Dremio, or similar cloud data warehouse / lakehouse systems.

Job Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will work to help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable e-commerce revenue. This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Ad Platform, and who will explore opportunities in International channels.

You thrive in building, maintaining, and optimising digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and create the Performance Marketing Budget and ensure that User Acquisition and Retention performance reach the business objectives.
• Create affiliate and manage social media paid ad campaigns.
• Have executed lead generation proficiently through ad campaigns for an Ecommerce Website.
• Leverage data insights to identify root causes (i.e in daily channels operation) & build solutions, develop new ideas to improve and support branding department initiatives.
• Understand the markets in which we are performing and suggest new strategies on top of the competition.
• Work with other departments (e.g. product development, creative, merchandising, and sales) to ensure goal and strategy alignment, as well as to maintain brand identity

Qualifications & Criteria:

• Fluent in written English
• 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience, including some form of social advertising
• A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
• Moderate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs, etc.)
• Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Facebook advertising, and a desire to champion. A similar online ad experience will be considered as well.
• Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimisation
• An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics design experience is not required)
• A passion for marketing, social advertising, and a positive attitude in all regards
