What Are We Looking For?

Redink is looking for a Sr.BackEnd Developer (CTO) - Fullstack

Technologies - Node.Js & React.Js

Experience - Minimum 3 - 5 years as CTO in startups.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience working with NodeJS on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming concepts
• Past experience tackling scaling issues is preferred
• Experience practicing Agile software development methods is preferred.

(DBA) • Responsible for developing and implementing change control processes for the development team to follow. • Provides ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes. • Makes technology decisions that effect Software Development. • Works on special I.T. projects as needed. Participate in generating technical documentation of products/ packages.

Providing technical training to the juniors.
Manage allocated resources, keep compliance with discipline and decorum of the organization.
