We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our core team in Gurgaon and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise platform.

What will you do? 

Provide technical direction and leadership across engineering projects and initiatives 

Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our core SaaS platform 

Own engineering roadmaps, set technical goals, and translate product requirements into execution plans 

Ensure code quality with robust review processes, clean coding practices, and architectural best practices 

Mentor engineers, build a collaborative team culture, and grow technical leadership within the team 

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps 

Drive excellence in CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and performance optimization 

Maintain regular tracking of project delivery, timelines, and risks 

Promote a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and innovation 

Skills & Competencies 

8–12 years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years of hands-on development 

2+ years leading engineering teams or managing projects in a B2B SaaS environment 

Proficiency in modern tech stacks – TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node/Nest.js 

Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS/OCI) 

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) 

Strong technical decision-making and people management skills 

Previous founder/founding team experience is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand identity.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Develop visually appealing layouts and graphics for email campaigns, landing pages, and other online marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Day to Day running of  Subscription orders across 4 major cities across India. Ensure Smooth Operations and a great customer experience.

These responsibilities can include:

1. Overseeing and developing an inventory management system to prevent stock outs

2. Should have 2-4 years experience in hotels/ restaurants/ cloud kitchens/ food industries. 

3. Should have working experience in a cloud kitchen environment.   

4. Should have worked on operational parameters of Swiggy & Zomato.

5. Should be able to handle cloud kitchen outlets.

6. Should be able to coordinate with vendors & stakeholders.    

7. Coordinating with Operations Heads of other departments to ensure smooth operations

8. Ensuring that orders are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner so as to ensure     customer satisfaction

9. Coordinating with Head Chefs to ensure Quality Control

10. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies, promotional activities

Job Responsibilities

• Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.

• Developing websites that are responsive, cross-browser compatible.

• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Conducting WordPress training with the client.
• Estimating development timings for individual tasks and new site builds.

• Coordinating with web designers to match visual design intent.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools like GIT.
• Working with debugging tools.

• Monitoring, reviewing, and revising the performance of the live website.

Required Skills:

• Ability to build websites from scratch using WordPress.
• Proven experience in woo-commerce & supported plugins.
• Knowledge in creating website layout/user interface by using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL.
• Good understanding of theme customization.
• Competent in creating and maintaining software documentation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• BE/BTech/MTech (Specialization/courses in ML/DS)
• At-least 7+ years of Consulting services delivery experience
• Very strong problem-solving skills & work ethics
• Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding and executive communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in Python/R, SQL
• 5+ years of experience in NLP algorithms, Regression & Classification Modelling, Time Series Forecasting
• Hands on work experience in DevOps
• Should have good knowledge in different deployment type like PaaS, SaaS, IaaS
• Exposure on cloud technologies like Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge in python and packages for data analysis (scikit-learn, scipy, numpy, pandas, matplotlib).
• Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks: Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc
• Experience with one or more Container-ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in building orchestration pipeline to convert plain python models into a deployable API/RESTful endpoint.
• Good understanding of OOP & Data Structures concepts

Job description – Information Security (Network)

Roles and Responsibilities

Work profile of individual

• As part of the company cyber security consulting team, individual’s primary role would be to work with ISO 27k projects IT audits, ITGC audits, SSAE, SOC audits, IT Process Audit, Systems Audit, Gap assessment TPRM, GDPR, Infosec, GRC , ISMS , Cyber Security, SOX ITGC on customer engagements
• Will address all aspects of security like physical, logical, data, access etc and review Information Security policy and suggest / recommend necessary changes to the same on customer engagements
• Will be an active participant in internal / third party system security reviews and audits on customer engagements
• Will perform internal audits on all aspects of IT and ensure compliance with the prescribed security norms on customer engagements and will be responsible for tracking the open audit findings and closure of the same
• Will be responsible for implementation of new projects under Information Security Domain
• Will be able to manage document tracking and updating - policies, processes, procedures, templates etc.
• Will assist in development of proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Will engage with clients and(or) application development teams for implementation of cyber security & data privacy by design and data protection controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors
• Certifications (ISO 27001/ ISO 31000/ CISA/ CISSP/ CSX or equivalent and other relevant qualification/certification

Knowledge Required:

• Strong knowledge of information security concepts, risk and controls concepts. Strong understanding of security principals: audit, policies, guidelines, and compliance.
• Good understanding of infrastructure (data centre, network end user computing) security / cloud security / managed security services / security operations centre / compliance risk management and ITGC controls
• Good understanding of technical security like network security, operating system, encryption, use of tools and technologies for various processes like logical access control, network security, security monitoring etc.
• Sound knowledge of Internal Controls and Compliance. Must be able to recommend controls around people, process, and technology.
• Sound knowledge on IT controls (especially IT risks). Good experience with control assessment, check the effectiveness of the implemented controls and recommend mitigation / improvements.
• Good knowledge on Privacy, Governance and reporting

Job Responsibilities: 

This role requires you to work on Linux systems and their associated services which provide the capability for IG to run their trading platform. Team responsibilities include daily troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, operational maintenance, and support for proactive and preventative analysis of Production and Development systems. 

1. Managing the Linux Infrastructure and web technologies
2. Patching and upgrades of Redhat Linux OS and server firmware. 
3. General Redhat Linux system administration and networking. 
   iii. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution of OS and network stack incidents. 
   iv. Configurations management using puppet and version control. 
   v. Systems monitoring and availability. 
   vi. Web applications and application routing. 
   vii. Web-site infrastructure, content delivery, and security. 
4. Day to day responsibilities will include: Completing service requests, responding to Incidents and Problems as they arise as well as providing day to day support and troubleshooting for Production and Development systems. 
   3. Create a run book of operational processes and follow a support matrix of products. 
   4. Ensuring Internal Handovers are completed, and all OS documentation is updated. 
   5. Troubleshoot system issues, plan for future capacity, and monitor systems performance. 
   6. Proactive monitoring of the Linux platform and ownership of these tools/dashboards. 
   7. Work with the delivery and engineering teams to develop the platform and technologies, striving to automate where possible. 
   8. Continuously improve the team, tools, and processes, support regular agile releases of applications and architectural improvements. 
   9. The role includes participating in a team Rota to provide out-of-hours support. 

Person Specification: 
Ability / Expertise 

This position is suited to an engineer with at least 8 years of Redhat Linux / Centos Systems Administration experience that is looking to broaden their range of technologies and work using modern tools and techniques.

Qualifications 

Essential: 

• At least 4 years’ Systems Administration experience with Redhat Enterprise Linux / Centos 5/6/7 managed through a Satellite infrastructure. 
• Managed an estate of 1000+ hosts and performed general system administration, networking, backup, and restore monitoring and troubleshooting functions on that estate. 
• 1 Years of experience with scripting languages (bash/Perl/Ruby) and automating tasks with Puppet and Redhat Satellite. Experience with custom RPM generation. 
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. You will have resolved complex systems issues in your last role and have a solid understanding of the tools needed to do so. 
• Excellent Communication (Listening, speaking, the transmission of concepts with/without examples, etc). 
• Calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines. You will have brought critical production systems back to life.
