Role Overview

As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role focused on data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and KPI tracking using Power BI and SQL.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that improve operational and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Build and manage SQL queries, datasets, and reporting workflows.
• Track and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Automate recurring reports and dashboard refresh processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
• Present insights in a business-friendly and easy-to-understand manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation for reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Required Skills / What We’re Looking For

• 1+years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard creation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.

Ultimately, you'll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs. Write effective, scalable code Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance Integrate user-facing elements into applications.

Test and debug programs

Improve functionality of existing systems Implement security and data protection solutions Assess and prioritize feature requests

Requirements

1 to 5 years of experience as a Python Developer

Hands on experience of Flask, Django or Gin or Revel or Sanic

Knowledge of design/architectural patterns will be considered as a plus

Experience working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on rapid software development

Experience in AWS or similar cloud technologies

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

Proven ability to complete assigned task according to the outlined scope and timeline

Talent Acquisition Support:

Communication, Coordination and Collaboration:

• Communicate with team members and other stakeholders (VPs, Delivery Director, Project Teams, HR Team, etc), providing updates on projects, sharing important information, and ensuring everyone is on the same page

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and partnerships

Performance Management Process:

• Coordinate the performance appraisal process, collect feedback ratings & recommendations from stakeholders, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Leading career progression and associated financial impact projection of the reporting team
• Closely monitor the overall performance efficiency of the reporting team and work on ensuring progression of the team and overall increase in productivity 
• Evaluate the performance of team members, provide feedback, and ensure proper documentation as per HR processes
• Implement performance management plans (PMP) for team members whose performance is below the expected level
• Resolve conflicts within the reporting team to maintain a positive team dynamic and work closely with HR.
• Identify high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines to ensure continuity of key roles within the reporting team

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements 
• Communicate HR policies and processes to the team members, ensuring understanding and adherence

Analytics and Reporting

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Use this information to publish dashboards/reports and make recommendations.

Learning and Development:

Skills Required:

• 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle/ functional role progression

Job Description:

You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling a high quality React Native social media Application.

Technical

Candidate should have:

• Built end-to-end React Native application with at least 5K users or more
• 1-4 years work experience in developing Android & iOS apps using React Native, React.js
• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles
• Knowledge of how to integrate SDKs like Firebase, Mixpanel, OneSignal, Branch
• End to end feature development for the stories provided
• Has implemented local data storage, caching, app optimization techniques
• Knows how to write unit test cases.
• Aware of app store build forming and release process
• Knowledge or experience with User Interface and Visual Design principles and techniques
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (preferably Git)
