Job Summary:

• Implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards.
• Plan in-store promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge.

1. Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a store manager, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive sales and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• At least three years’ experience with:
  • Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
  • A relevant back-end programming language ( e.g.Python, Ruby or JavaScript )
  • Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
  • Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, if necessary—( e.g., React, Vue or Angular)
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries ( e.g., Sass, Less, and webpack )
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git

Role: Talend Production Support Consultant

Brief Job Description:  

• Involve in release deployment and monitoring of the ETL pipelines.
• Closely work with the development team and business team to provide operational support.
• Candidate should have good knowledge and hands on experience on below tools/technologies:

Talend (Talend Studio, TAC, TMC),SAP BODS,SQL,HIVE & Azure(Azure fundamentals, ADB,ADF)

As a data engineer at Recko, you will:

1. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,

2. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

3. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
