About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Concept research and design development for upcoming seasons
• Preparing creative samples and tech packs; coordinating with vendors for timely range completion
• Graphic design for labels, trims, and product sampling
• Providing design support and tech packs for selected styles to ensure smooth production handovers
• Conducting market visits for design intelligence and competitive brand study
• Monitoring sell‑through data to improve product design and collection performance
• Making adjustments in fits as per market requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications
