What will I be doing?

As the UX Lead, focused on our Core Experience area, you will define a cohesive strategy and deliver cross-team, multi-phase projects from concept through implementation.

You need to lead an existing team that will be focused on creating a simple, easy-to-use, and best-in-class experience for our users. You'll lead a team of 4-5 product designers not only by means of their product work, and you'll also be a coach and foster their career development

You'll work cohesively with the leadership and engineering team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the product’s present UX pitfalls, optimization, and growth opportunity or the impact of a user problem and then help tune the project scope accordingly with the product partners
• Understand frequency of usage and the relative importance of a feature/experience, and how it fits into the complete product
• Rationally narrow down to a design recommendation with a strong focus on short-term and long-term implications of the choice Independently deliver high-quality visual design work and support the production with the engineering partners
• Write relevant front end code (HTML, CSS)

What Skill do I need? 

• We emphasize proof of work more than your credentials. Lead and support key design projects
• Relevant work experience of 5+years (preferably in a start-up space) 
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary UX/Product design teams to deliver high-quality projects at scale
• Proficient in Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools 
• Has experience working in AGILE methodology
• Knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web

Position: TEST LEAD

Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in testing manual / automation.
• Experience in testing migration projects is Must.
• Ability to understand content migration testing requirements
• Ability to understand and define testing scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, and assumptions
• Engage with key users and stakeholders in defining testing requirements, approach, plan & validation
• Identify, document and validate source and target data requirements
• Work with key users and stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical terminology to people with limited or no technical understanding
• Ability to work in tight deadlines
• Status reporting to senior management and stake holders

Skills and Experience

• Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Executing tests on source code.
• Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
• Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors
• Preferred: Insurance or BFSI domain experience
• Testing experience of Insurance products like PAS / Policy Admin System, Billing, Claims
• AINS Certification a plus
• 5-8 Years of Experience required.

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Backend Developer to join our young team. You will be responsible for all the server-side logic of our games, ensuring a smooth, glitch-free gaming experience. You have to minimize downtime, crashes, and other bugs and capture & store data correctly for further analytics. You will be working alongside a dynamic team of IITian founders, engineers, designers, and marketers, so there is a lot of scope for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build robust backend systems that do not break down.
• Write clean and reusable code for future use and ease of understanding
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Give inputs on how to develop new features in the most cost and effort-economical way
• Implementation of security standards, data protection, and privacy protocols
• We want to be a data-driven company. Gather data (events, clicks, behaviors) to facilitate analytics by the Product and Marketing teams

Skills

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Full-Stack / Back-end developer
• 2+ years of NodeJS experience
• 1+ years of ReactJS experience
• Proficient in MySQL and database design and schemas
• Familiarity with ELK stack. Hands-on project experience will be preferred.
• Website development. Should be well-versed in HTML / CSS / Javascript
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Requirements

• Should be a team player and have a problem-solving attitude.
• Should show initiative and be opinionated. We don’t want a yes-man. [MUST] 
• Computer Science or a relevant degree from a reputed university is a plus but NOT mandatory
• Brownie points if you’ve worked on / developed a mobile game before

We are looking for 2-3 years experienced Django Developer to join immediately in Delhi.

Responsibilities

As a Backend Developer,  you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete Backend of our web application and Mobile App from scratch.
• Work closely with the Frontend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic input from the Frontend Framework.
• Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
• Optimize applications for best user experience

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building, and working as a Django Developer for enterprise web application
• Ideally, this would include the following:
• Expert-level proficiency with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework.
• Understanding of REST concepts and interacting with REST APIs
• Understanding of  Postgresql 
• Basic Understanding of Frontend Framework like React.js
• Deep understanding of a few Backend concepts:
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and AWS Technology
• Familiarity with Apache and Ngnix etc.
• Understanding of Python coding Standards
