The Data Analyst role is a vital role as to be a sole point of contact responsible for closely working with various teams internally and closely working with the CTO.  This role typically requires the resource to analyse the vast number of datasets and provide a meaningful impact and the result of such data with combination of growth of the company to the management. The role handles large responsibilities of closely communicating with other departments, thus must be someone who really loves his role.

Job Description

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Strong experience at working on databases and good at analytical reasoning
• Acquire data from Finance, Technology, Marketing and Sales data sources and maintain data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Should be able to highlight Incorrect data and record the pattern of Drawbacks relating to the cleansing of data modules
• Must be involved in reconciliation of data sets and components across verticals depending on the need
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with the management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Required Skills:

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

Strong Engineering Manager / Lead Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 8+ years of overall Software Engineering/Development experience

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 3+ years of experience as Engineering Manager / Team Lead role, with ownership of technical direction, delivery, and people management

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have hands-on Backend development experience using Python or Java, with frameworks such as FastAPI / Django / Spring / Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have Frontend development exposure using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Develop firmware, system software for medical devices\ Automotive ECUs\ IoT edge devices & gateways.  Implement the logic and protocols and communications on 32-bit microcontrollers, configure OS, timers, tasks, interrupts, and communicate with external modems, SoCs, trans-receivers to design, code, and test desired functionality as per customer requirements

Job Requirements :

• Hands-on experience in firmware development using C language

• Product Analytics: This is the first and most obvious role of the Product Analyst. At this capacity, the Product Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of tangible consumer benefits through the product or service of the business.
• In addition, in this capacity, the Product Analyst is also responsible for measuring and monitoring the product or service’s performance as well as presenting product-related consumer, market, and competitive intelligence.
• Product Strategy: As a member of the Product team, the Product Analyst is responsible for the development and proposal of product strategies.
• Product Management Operations: The Product Analyst also has the obligation to respond in a timely manner to all requests and inquiries for product information or changes. He also performs the initial product analysis in order to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their potential impact.
• At this capacity, the Product Analyst also undertakes financial modeling on the products or services of the business as well as of the target markets in order to bring about an understanding of the relations between the product and the target market. This information is presented to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders, when necessary.
• Additionally, the Product Analyst produces reports and makes recommendations to the Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager to be used as guidance in decision-making pertaining to the business’s new as well as existent products.
• Initiative: In this capacity, the Product Analyst ensures that there is a good flow of communication between the Product team and other teams. The Product Analyst ensures this by actively participating in team meetings and keeping everyone up to date.
• Pricing and Development: The Product Analyst has the responsibility to monitor the market, competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making. In this function, the Product Analyst will normally liaise with other departments such as the credit/risk in the business in order to enhance and increase the efficiency of effecting price changes in accordance with market shifts.

Role : DevOps Engineer 

Experience : 1 to 2 years and 2 to 5 Years as DevOps Engineer (2 Positions)

Location : Bangalore. 5 Days Working.

Education Qualification : Tech/B.E for Tier-1/Tier-2/Tier-3 Colleges or equivalent institutes 

Skills :- DevOps Engineering, Ruby On Rails or Python and Bash/Shell skills, Docker, rkt or similar container engine, Kubernetes or similar clustering solutions

As DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of the team building the stage for our Software Engineers to  work on, helping to enhance our product performance and reliability. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build & operate infrastructure to support website, backed cluster, ML projects in the  organization. 
• Helping teams become more autonomous and allowing the Operation team to focus on  improving the infrastructure and optimizing processes.
